The Effects Of Yishen Ningxin Recipe On Ovarian Function Was Damaged By A Kind Of Environmental Pollutants

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Yi Shen Ning Xin recipe on ovarian function was damaged by a kind of environmental pollutants.Methods:40 weaned 21-days old rats were divided equally into five groups:control group,model group,low-dosage Kuntai group,medium-dosage Kuntai group,and high-dosage Kuntain group.Except the control group was given sesame oil rats,other four groups were given intraperitoneal injection of VCD solution for 15d.While conducting intraperitoneal injection of VCD,we treated kuntai groups by giving Kuntai Capsule till 45d,with dose volume of 1ml/100g.At 70+5d after the last injection of VCD,we should to test FSH(Follicle-Stimulating Hormone),LH(leuteinizing hormone),E2(estradiol)and AMH(anti-Mullerian hormone);then we observed the changes of morphology of ovary and uterus.Results:? Compared to the control group,FSH in rats' serum of model group greatly increased while AMH and E2 significantly dropped(P<0.05),and LH level rose(P>0.05);Kuntai capsule decreased FSH level while increased AMH level(P<0.05);? The wet weight of rats'ovary in model group was lighter than that in control group(P<0.05).The ovary weight of Kuntai capsule low-dosage group was increased;? The number of follicles of rats in model group was decreased(P<0.05),and after Kuntai capsule treatment,the number of follicles was increased;?light microscopy manifested decreased uterine glands of the tube wall,reduced glandular cavity.After after Kuntai capsule treatment,the number of uterine glands increased,and the gland cavity expanded.Conclusion:the hormone,ovary weight,the number of follicles and corpora lutea and uterus were changed in the VCD-induced rat models,while Kuntai capsule could improve these changes.
