On The Exploration Of Target Effectiveness Of Kuntai Capsule On Decreasing Ovarian Function By The Infrared Thermal Imaging And Clinical Observation Of Its Similar Prescriptions

Objective:To apply infrared thermal imaging technology to explore Kuntai capsule drug targets for treatment of ovarian function decline,and to observe the influence of Kuntai capsule and its similar Kuntai prescriptions addition and subtraction on ovarian function decline.Methods:Collections of gynecology clinic of traditional Chinese medicine,DOR,POF,premenopausal ovarian function decline,ovarian failure by the Western medicine diagnosis from January 2014 to April 2015 in the second affiliated hospital of Chengdu university of TCM,at the same time,traditional Chinese medicine dialectical of liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome in patients with infertility and reproductivity.To apply infrared thermal imaging technology to scan and collect images once before taking Kuntai capsule and respectively 30 minutes,70 minutes,100 minutes,130 minutes,160 minutes after.And to measure and analyze the calorific values of such body parts as the forehead area,facial area,lower abdomen area,bladder and uterus area,both adnexa area,both kidney area,du meridian area,both feet area and both palms area,and find the target of Kuntai capsule according to the proposed drug targeting judgment standard.Drug use by Kuntai capsule and Kuntai prescriptions addition and subtraction for ovarian function decline in patients with infertility and reproductive.The specific usage is as follows:Kuntai capsule,four capsules a time,twice a day.Kuntai prescriptions addition and subtraction boiled in water a dose a day,three times a day.Taking medicine for three menstrual cycles(amenorrhea patients taking medicine for 3 months)to finish treatment and curative effect evaluation.Observe,before and after treatment,TCM syndrome integral,basis of FSH,LH,E2,FSH/LH,AMH,AFC,ovarian volume index changes.Results:This study included 27 cases of infertility and ovarian function decline,12 cases of primary infertility and 15 cases of secondary infertility,among which 7 cases of DOR,8 cases of POF,6 cases of premenopausal ovarian function decline,and 6 cases of ovarian failure reproductive.To DOR and perimenopausal ovarian reserve function in declined ovarian function group,POF and ovarian failure reproductive in failure ovarian function group in the result analysis.1.Nine patients exposed to Kuntai capsule drug targeting infrared thermal imaging scans,including 3 cases of declined ovarian function group,6 cases of failure ovarian function group.A total of 54 times of infrared thermal imaging dynamic scanning was completed,including 13 locations,a total of 702 times location calorific value.Results:two groups of patients,after taking Kuntai capsule,in both adnexa area,lower abdomen area,bladder and uterus area showed a rising trend in calorific value and it reached zenith in 70?160min.Both palms area,both feet area and and facial area showed a downward trend in calorific value and it dropped to bottom in 70?160min.2.2 cases of pregnancy after treatment,including 1 case of natural pregnancy and 1 case of IVF-ET pregnancy.The overall pregnancy rate was 7.41%.After treatment of TCM syndrome curative effect:recovered in 1 case,2 cases marked effective,17 cases effective,7 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 74.07%.TCM syndrome points of two groups of cases after treatment were reduced and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment group declined ovarian function FSH,FSH/LH decreased,E2 increased,the difference was statistically insignificant(P>0.05).AMH increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Failure ovarian function group FSH,LH decreased,E2 increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FSH/LH decreased,The difference was statistically insignificant(P>0.05).4.After treatment group declined ovarian function both sides of AFC increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Group failure ovarian function both sides of AFC and ovarian volume increased,The difference was statistically insignificant(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Kuntai capsule drug targets such body parts as the both adnexa area,lower abdomen area,bladder and uterus area,both palms area,both feet area and facial area.2.Kuntai capsule can increase the calorific value in both adnexa area,lower abdomen area,bladder and uterus area,which may be related to improving the ovarian function,increase in the leucorrhea volume.3.Kuntai capsule can lower the calorific value in both palms area,both feet area and facial area,which may be related to treatment of palm hot and hot flashes.4.Kuntai capsule and Kuntai prescriptions addition and subtraction can improve the ovarian function and regulate the reproductive endocrine function.
