Observation Of The Clinical Therapeutic Effect On Preventing Colonic Adenoma Postoperative Patients' Recurrence And Canceration Applying Modified "WuMeiWan"

Research purposes:This paper based on the Wu MeiWan,explore and assess the related factors and traditional chinese medicine mechanism of colonic adenoma's recurrence and canceration after endoscopic treatment.we observe the clinical curative effect and insulin-like growth factor 1 and the change of serum c-peptide levels to prevent recurrence applying the idea of Wu Mei Wan for treating patients.Through this research,we aimed at providing reference for preventing postoperative recurrence of colonic adenoma canceration.Research methods:60 patients after endoscopic treatment from February 2016 to February 2017 Affiliated hospital of nanjing medical university(Chinese medicine hospital of jiangsu province)were devided randomly into two groups.30 patinets were received Wu MeiWan as the study group,and 30 patinets were as the control group.After 6 weeks' treatment,the changes of clinic symptom were analyzed,we observe the curative effect of two groups of patients,mainly including the general data analysis which include patients with gender,age,clinical symptoms and curative effect analysis,adenoma postoperative recurrence overall comparison,at the same time observe comparison before and after treatment of insulin-like growth factor 1 and the change of serum c-peptide levels.Research results:We followed up for 6 months later,28 cases of recurrence in 60 cases,overall recurrence rate was 46.7%.18 cases of recurrence in the control group,the recurrence rate was 60%,(10 cases of recurrence the treatment group,the recurrence rate was 33%)and the statistical test,the differences between two groups of patients with postoperative recurrence rate(p<0.05).After 6 months,the treatment group of TCM syndrome integral(except tenesmus)compared with before treatment,p<0.05,statistically significant,the control of TCM syndrome integral compared with before treatment,there was no significant difference.Postoperative patients in the control group Iulin-like growth factor 1,serum c-peptide levels were higher than the treatment group,p<0.05,statistically difference.Research conclusion:Wu MeiWan treating for colonic adenoma canceration curative effect is distinct,the prevention of postoperative recurrence can to a certain extent,reduce the postoperative recurrence rate of large adenomas,promote the recovery of patients with symptoms,can effectively reduce the insulin-like growth factor 1,serum c-peptide,suitable for popularization and application in clinical.
