Object:Root resorption is one of the common complications of oral orthodontic treatment. After orthodontic treatment, the root will have more or less absorption. At present,a large number of studies have confirmed the impact of root resorption factors can be divided into biological factors, environmental factors, local factors, mechanical factors. In oral orthodontic treatment, anchorage is to provide the basis of orthopedic force, through the support of the teeth to move the jaw reconstruction.Extraction of orthodontic treatment in the clinical application of more and more, his role is mainly to coordinate the amount of teeth and bone consistent, change the profile, for the teeth row to create space,so crowded dentition re-arranged neatly. This study will explore the extraction of tooth extraction and non-extraction of tooth root resection of the existence of differences, and some of these factors were analyzed.Method:Sixty cases of orthodontic cases were selected from a dental clinic in Dalian. The patients were divided into two groups: orthodontic treatment group and orthodontic treatment group. The patients were treated with straight wire straightening technique. No treatment nail was used in the treatment process.Outside the bow,TPA and Nance support means.Among them,30 cases of tooth extraction treatment group, were removed 4 first premolars,15 males and 15 females. The average age of treatment was 24.3 years?14-36 years?,the treatment time of 1 year 5 months to 2 years and 11 months, the average treatment time of 2.53 years.30 cases of non-extraction treatment group,15 males and 15 females, the average age of treatment was 22.1 years?14-34 years?,the treatment time of 1 year 4 months to 2 years and 9 months, the average treatment time of 2.39 years. There was no significant difference in treatment time and age between the two groups. The root surface of the upper and lower mandibular incisors was measured by the root resorption gravitational evaluation method before and after the treatment with the same surface fault machine. There were 240 teeth in the orthodontic treatment group and 240 teeth in the non-extraction group. The frequency of the two groups was analyzed by SPSS22.0 software. The ?2 test was performed with P <0.05,which was statistically significant.Results:?2 test shows that two anchorage methods respectively before treatment root resorption distribution consistency test,no significant difference?P> 0.05?.In the two groups, the root resorption occurred at different levels after treatment, and the frequency of root resorption was significantly increased and the absorbance was significantly different?P <0.05?.The results showed that the root uptake of the two groups was different?P <0.05?.The root resorption of the extraction group was greater than that of the non-extraction group. The root resorption of female orthodontic patients was higher than that of male patients?P <0.05?.The maximal incision of maxillary incisors in group 2 was greater than that in mandibular incisors?P <0.05?.Conclusion:The results of this study show that in the application of straight wire appliance treatment under the premise of removal of the first premolars after treatment of root healing more than non-extraction orthodontic treatment.Women are more likely to have root resorption than male orthodontics. The maxillary incisors region is more responsive and more prone to root resorption.
