Objective:To study on the relationship between the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndromes and homocysteine(Hcy),serum betap2-macroglobulin(S?2-MG),urine beta?2-microglobulin(U?2-MG),cystatin C(CysC)and body mass index(BMI)based on326 cases of primary hypertension,to seek for more objective microcosmic index for TCM syndrome differentiation type of hypertension, and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular damage and kidney damage in the early stage of hypertension. Methods:The article adopts the retrospective study methods of the clinical epidemiological investigation,we collected 326 cases of primary hypertension patients from TCM rehabilitation ward and hypertension ward of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University between January 2014 and January 2016,then concluded its syndromes strictly and recorded S?2-MG,U?2-MG,Hcy,CysC,height,weight and other objective indicators. All data analyses were processed by SPSS22.0.Results:1.Of the 326 patients,168 male(51.53%),158 female(48.47%),the ratio of male to female is 1.06:1,the age range of 23 to 90 years old, with an average age of 63.07±14.23 years old.The age of hypertension is mainly in middle and old aged patients, and there was no significant difference in the incidence of male and female.2.The proportion of 326 cases of patients with different TCM syndrome type was phlegm-dampness type(33.1%),liver-fire hyperactivity type(26.4%),yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type(23.3%),yin and yang deficiency type(17.2%).3.The proportion of sex and age have a significant difference in each TCM group(P<0.05),The ratio of male to female is about 2.4:1 in phlegm-dampness group, yindeficiency and yang hyperactivity group is about 1:2,liver-fire hyperactivity group is about 1:1,yin and yang deficiency group is about 1:1.3;The age of yin and yang deficiency group is much higher than other TCM syndrome groups.4.?From the course of the disease, yin and yang deficiency type>yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type>phlegm-dampness type>liver-fire hyperactivity type, there are statistical differences(P<0.01).?From the high Hcy,there are no obvious differences between the different types of TCM(P>0.05);According to average of Hcy,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity group are different from liver-fire hyperactivity group(P<0.05).?From the high S?2-MG,there are no statistical differences between groups(P>0.05);According to average of S?2-MG,yin and yang deficiency type>phlegm-dampness type>yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type>liver-fire hyperactivity type, there are statistical differences(P<0.05).?From the high U?2-MG,there are no statistical differences between groups(P>0.05);According to average of U?2-MG,compared yin and yang deficiency type with phlegm-dampness type or liver-fire hyperactivity type and compared yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type with phlegm-dampness type or liver-fire hyperactivity type, there are statistical differences(P<0.05).?From the average of CysC,yin and yang deficiency type>phlegm-dampness type>yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type>liver-fire hyperactivity type, there are statistical differences(P<0.01).?From the average of BMI,compared phlegm-dampness type with liver-fire hyperactivity type and compared yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type with liver-fire hyperactivity type or yin and yang deficiency type, there are statistical differences(P<0.01).5.There is a significantly difference in TCM syndrome types of hypertension at different levels(P<0.05):The syndromes both liver-fire hyperactivity type and yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type are known as the majority of garde 1 and garde 2 of hypertension; The syndromes both phlegm-dampness type and liver-fire hyperactivity type are known as the majority of garde 3 of hypertension.6.The BMI of garde 3 of hypertension patients is much higher than other two grades(P<0.01);The BMI of men is significantly more than women(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.There are differences between all the TCM syndromes in age, gender ratio, course of disease,Hcy,S?2-MG,U?2-MG,CysC,BMI.There are significant correlation between high S?2-MG or CysC and yin and yang deficiency type.2.The syndromes both liver-fire hyperactivity type and yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type are known as the majority of garde 1 and garde 2 of hypertension; The syndromes both phlegm-dampness type and liver-fire hyperactivity type are known as the majority of garde 3 of hypertension.3.The greater the BMI,the higher the grade of hypertension; The BMI of men is significantly more than women.4.The age of hypertension is mainly in middle and old aged patients, and there was no significant difference in the incidence of male and female.5.Distribution of TCM syndromes in primary hypertension as follows:phlegm-dampness type>liver-fire hyperactivity type>yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type>yin and yang deficiency type.
