ADC Value Of Magnetic Resonance Parameters Combined With MRS Parameter CC/C Value In Early Diagnosis Of Prostate Cancer

PurposeThe high b value of magnetic resonance(b=1000s/mm2)DWI parameter value ADC magnetic resonance spectroscopy and imaging parameters CC/C value in the early diagnosis of prostate cancer.To find out the method for diagnosis of prostate cancer is scientific and reasonable,to reduce the probability of prostate biopsy.Materials and methodsThis study is from January 2014 to January 2016 statistics of 2 years in 70 cases with prostate disease in the Department of Urology in our hospital,patients aged 45-80 years.Patient imaging data integrity check sequence,including T1 WI,T2WI,DWI,ADC and MRS scan,eventually undergoing transrectal prostatic biopsy,postoperative pathological diagnosis of prostate cancer or prostatic hyperplasia.According to the pathological results were divided into two groups: A group of prostate cancer group,a total of 45 cases,group B prostatic hyperplasia group were 25 cases.DWI and ADC statistical signal and MRS map image,region of interest selection,survey area of region of interest ADC and CC/C values of selected ADC value is less than 1.24 *10-3 mm2 / s,CC/C < 0.99 as the standard of diagnosis of prostate cancer,measured the prostate cancer group and benign prostatic hyperplasia group ADC value and CC/C value.Then the ADC value is less than 1.24 * 10-3 mm2 / s or CC/C < 0.99 as a prostate cancer diagnosis standard,respectively statistics ADC,CC/C and AD The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of C value and +CC/C value of prostate ResultsFirst,This study through the statistics of 70 patients with DWI and ADC found that the prostate cancer group in DWI showed high signal and prostatic hyperplasia prostate cancer group group showed high signal or mixed signal.ADC shows low signal,and prostatic hyperplasia group showed isointense or slightly low signal.Two groups of patients in the cross DWI map and ADC map signal,this part of the patients is not easy to identify.Two,This study estimates statistics 70 ADC values(in the same region of interest measured multiple ADC values averaged by a ADC meter).Which were the A group ADC value 45,ADC value 25 B group,A group B group ADC statistics,the final results were 0.73 + 0.15 * 10-3 mm2m/s.1.56 + 0.32 * 10-3 mm2/s,t is used to analyze the test results of two groups of t =4.538,P < 0.001,ADC value of two sets of data were statistically significant,the prostate cancer group was significantly lower than that of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Three,The study of MRS examination of all patients analyzed were detected(choline + creatine)/ citrate value CC/C value 70(each region of interest 3-5 measured values,the average of 1),45 in A group,B group,.A 25,B two CC/C group respectively.2.05 + 0.56,0.64 + 0.18,CC/C values between the two groups were compared t test,t =6.894,has statistically significance between P < 0.001 two sets of data,A CC/C was significantly higher than that in B group.Four,The value of ADC group on the accuracy of the diagnosis of prostate cancer combined with CC/C sensitivity was 88.57%,significantly higher than the 97.77% ADC group was 80%,71.11% and CC/C value were 81.42%,86.66%,the misdiagnosis rate of 0.23% was significantly lower than the ADC value 28.88% and CC/C value group 13.33%.ADC value and CC/C value to improve the accuracy of diagnosis of prostate cancer.To reduce the misdiagnosis rate,.ADC value and CC/C value of 72% is lower than that of group specific group specific ADC value 96%,the misdiagnosis rate was 28% higher than the misdiagnosis rate of 4.00%.Summarize3.0T high B(b=1000s/mm2)DWI parameter ADC value with MRS parameter CC/C value can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of prostate cancer.DWI examination under high b value ADC and ADC value can reflect the molecular lesion limited accuracy,localization and qualitative diagnosis of prostate disease to provide reference to the analysis of.MRS parameters CC/C to accurately reflect the metabolism of tissue lesions,the diagnosis of prostate cancer is a very good reference for the diagnosis of prostate cancer.To reduce the rate of misdiagnosis with high specificity by ADC value,at the same time using the ADC value and CC/C value to improve the accuracy of diagnosis of prostate cancer,reduce the misdiagnosis rate,reduce unnecessary prostate biopsy.
