Objective: To understand the intolerance of children with tic disorders,through the individual diet intervention to assess the effectiveness of tic disorders relief,to explore the relationship between tic disorder and food intolerance.Method: All tic disorders cases were obtained from Child care clinic and Allergic outpatient clinic of DaLian Children's hospital during April 2015 to January 2017.We used the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)for the detection of 14 foods sIgG and total IgE.A total of 30 children with tic disorders with food sIgG positive,according to the results of food sIgG of which 10 cases will get on diet intervention,20 cases will not.We were followed for 1 month,3 months,and 6 months to observe the effective rate of tic disorders relief.Results: 1.According to the inclusion criteria,32 children with tic disorders,24 males and 8 females with an average age of 6.53 ± 2.45 years,male to female ratio of 3: 1;2.A total of 19 children(59.4%)were enrolled in 32 children with allergic disease.4 cases of children with single allergic disease,accounting for 21.1%,mixed with more than two kinds of allergic diseases in children with 15 cases,accounting for 78.9%.One of the most children is Tic disorder combined with eczema,accounting for 34.5%;followed by allergic rhinitis,accounting for 27.6%;least is asthma,3.4%.3.Twenty two children with tic disorders were included in the serum total IgE test,of which 15 cases were positive,accounting for 68.2% 4.Serum food-specific IgG antibody was tested in 32 children who met the tic disorders criteria,30 cases of children were positive.The positive result from high to low is egg(87.5%),milk(53.1%),flour(43.4%),tomato(25%)and fish(18.8%),soybean(15.6%),maize(12.5%),rice(12.5%)and crab(9.4%),shrimp(6.3%),chicken(6.3%)and pork(3.1%),beef(3.1%).In the 30 cases of food sIgG positive children,combined with one kind of food sIgG positive for 13.3%,two kinds of food sIgG positive 53.3%,three kinds of food sIgG positive 6.7%,four or more kinds of food sIgG positive accounting for 26.7%.5.Serum food-specific IgG antibody was tested in 32 children who met the tic disorders criteria,30 cases of children were positive,20 cases of children with tic disorders were not included in the diet intervention,10 cases according to the results of food sIgG positive have got on diet intervention.We were evaluated at 1 month,3 months and 6 months respectively.The remission rate of tic symptoms was 30%,50% and 80% respectively in the diet intervention group;20%,30% and 40% respectively in the non-dietary intervention group.Conclusions: 1.TD and allergic diseases have a certain relevance: This group of children with tic disorders in more than half of patients with allergic diseases,mainly eczema,allergic rhinitis,and most combined with more than two allergic diseases;IgE positive rate of more than 2/3 2.Most children with tic disorders in this group with food sIgG positive,which is the most common of eggs,milk,flour,tomatoes.3.In this group of children with tic disorders after the food sIgG-positive diet intervention,as time goes by,there is a gradual easing trend.
