The Research Of The Clinic Value Of The New Wavelet Of Ventricular Repolarization In The Detection Of Coronary Artery Disease

Research Objectives:Use the existing environment and equipment to collect data of ventricular bipolar new wavelet(in ST segment and T wave litre).In the meantime,find out valuable parameters related to coronary angiography positive results and finally use the result of this research in telling the early stage of Coronary heart disease.Research Samples,References and Methods:This research chooses 108 samples suffering from chest tightness and chest pain in Yuhang No.1 Hospital affiliated to Zhejiang No.2 Hospital from May 2015 to July 2016.Among these samples,there are 58 men and 50 women aging from 19-75.108 stress tests have been done(52 positive and 56 negative)and 76 Coronary angiography tests have been done.Among them,4 have been diagnosed as coronary disease(stenosis is>50%).35 have been diagnosed as Coronary atherosclerosis(stenosis is 10%-50%).And 37 were negative in coronary disease(stenosis is<10%).We use the medical equipment to collect data of high frequency electrocardiogram from samples and organize the new wavelet from the ST segment and the up stroke of T wave.After that,we will use ROC diagnostic curve to analyze them together with the results of stress tests and Coronary angiography tests on the same group of patients to find out the relative between the value of New wavelet of ventricular repolarization an the result of CAG.And finally assess the clinic value of the New wavelet of ventricular repolarization considered their relative mentioned above..Results:This research is based on the results of coronary angiography and it uses the ROC to find out the best main frequency component of ventricular bipolar new wavelet is 4.40.The response rate of the main frequency component of ventricular bipolar new wavelet is 92.31%.The rate of the special case is 56.76%.Its overall accuracy rate is 75%.The KAPPA value is 0.4951.The P value of the Chi-square test is<0.001?There is no difference between the result of coronary artery disease by using the main frequency component of ventricular bipolar new wavelet and using stress tests is small.Conclusion:The main frequency component of ventricular bipolar new wavelet has a good reference value is diagnosing coronary artery disease.
