Objective:To explore the changes and clinical significance of serum levels of surfactant protein D(SP-D)? procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Looking for an effective and sensitive serum inflammatory markers,in order to guide the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease period(acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,AECOPD)use anti-inflammatory drugs and the lung function classification. Methods: Choice 40 cases of patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD),including 20 cases of patients with GOLD1~2 scale and 20 cases of patients with GOID3~4 scale,40 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable period, and 40 cases of healthy people, and detect the serum levels of SP-D?PCT?CRP.Results: 1.The levels of serum SP-D in patients with AECOPD group and COPD group and healthy control group respectively were(24.19±2.67)ng/L,(20.77±1.17)ng/L,(18.84±1.11)ng/L;the levels of serum PCT respectively were(714.28±185.73)ng/L,(405.38±43.63)ng/L,(388.28±34.24)ng/L;and the levels of serum CRP respectively were(52.45±9.54)mg/L,(8.72±2.65)mg/L,(7.85±2.24)mg/L.The levels of serum SP-D,PCT and CRP in patients with AECOPD group were higher than COPD group and healthy control group, and the levels of serum SP-D in COPD group was higher than healthy control group, both of the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of PCT and CRP was slightly higher than the healthy control group,There was no statistically significant difference(P >0.05);2.The level of serum SP-D in GOLD 1 ~ 2 level group(22.15 ±1.71)ng/L was below GOLD3 ~ 4 groups(26.23±1.77)ng/L,The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);3.SP-D levels in patients with AECOPD group was positively correlation with PCT(correlationcoefficient r = 0.333,P < 0.05),but had no correlation with CRP(r =-0.284,P > 0.05),PCT and CRP had no correlation(r = 0.016,P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The levels of serum surfactant protein D,procalcitonin,c-reactive protein increased significantly in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and surfactant protein D fell in patients with COPD plateau pulmonary,Pulmonary surfactant protein D,procalcitonin,c-reactive protein were inflammatory biomarkers of acute exacerbation of COPD.2.The serum level of SP-D in patients with AECOPD was associated with lung function classification,it can react severity airway obstruction and guide clinical doctors choose inhalation preparation3.The serum level of SP-D in patients with AECOPD was positively correlated with PCT,but it had no correlation with CRP,and PCT had no correlation with CRP.
