Report On The Situation Of Unexplained Pneumonia In Fuyang Infectious Disease Hospital Investigation And Cause Analysis

Objective: to understand the status of the network of unexplained pneumonia in Fuyang,and then to investigate the status of the network of unexplained pneumonia in Fuyang infectious disease hospital.And through the process evaluation report unexplained pneumonia cases in clinical medical institutions,to obtain further evidence of the case definition to modify,improve the discovery of new cases of respiratory infectious diseases and the sensitivity and specificity of the monitoring system,the project results will also revise our unexplained pneumonia monitoring programs provide a basis to improve the system.Ability to find new respiratory infectious disease.Methods: the clinical data of 125 patients with unexplained pneumonia admitted to infectious disease hospital in Fuyang from February 29,2016 to-2016 in May 10 th were collected and analyzed.Making questionnaire,investigators HIS by means of the hospital information network query system of the daily hospital case lock is included in the query,diagnosis of pneumonia cases,according to the National Planning Commission design survey table,through access to medical records information,interviewing,patients were interviewed physicians diagnosis bed docking interview and multi way to obtain superior doctors patients with detailed information,fill the questionnaire.Results: during the investigation of hospital diagnosis including the clinical data of 1176 cases of pneumonia in patients with early screening,the results accord with the judgment of unexplained pneumonia cases to define the number of 125 cases(10.63%),unexplained pneumonia cases in 71 cases of men,women accounted for 56.80%;54 cases,accounting for 43.20%,the proportion of men and women in children and 1.3:1;the elderly;occupation for farmers,most of the housework and retired personnel.125 cases of unexplained pneumonia collected swab specimens were 110 cases(88%),throat swabs positive for 15 cases(13.63%),6 cases of influenza a H1N1 influenza patients,9 cases of influenza patients,only 1 cases were reported through the network system.The survey did not cause network reported: do not understand the unexplained pneumonia surveillance in 63 cases(50.81%),57 cases that do not meet the definition of unexplained pneumonia cases(45.97%),the short time effect of 4 cases(3.22%)in judgment.Conclusion: for emerging acute respiratory infectious diseases prevention and control work,should further improve the unexplained pneumonia network system,to facilitate timely reporting,and increase the degree of attention of medical personnel of unexplained pneumonia,unexplained pneumonia monitoring system to achieve normalization,timely reporting,in order to avoid major public health events.
