The Research On The TCM Constitution Of Papillocacinoma's Patients And Correlation With The Neck Lymphaticmetastasis

ObjectiveTo explore the characteristics of population-sociology of thyroid papillary patients through the TCM Constitution survey,analyzing the distributable regulation of the TCM Constitution.To study the correlate factors about the neck lymphaticmetastasis of the thyroid papillary from the angle of TCM Constitution,so that provide clinical data for its prevention and cure.MethodsGet the TCM Constitution type of the thyroid papillocacinoma's patients using the questionnaire.Collect the basic data and the data about the neck lymphaticmetastasis.The data is recorded in Excel tables,and SPSS18.0 is used to analyze the regulation of the TCM Constitution distribution and the correlation between the TCM Constitution distribution and the neck lymphaticmetastasis.Results1.Among the 119 thyroid papillary patients,there are 23 patients whose TCM Constitutions are Gentle type,accounting for 19.3%,and the left 96 patients are biased,accounting for 80.7%.The result has a significant statistical difference compared to common people.Simple type is mostly common,93 in 119,accounting for 78.2%,and 26 patients whose TCM Constitutions are compound type,accounting for 21.8%.Among the simple type,the five mostly common are the following:Gentle type(19.3%),Qi depressed type(18.5%),Yang deficient type(8.4%),Yin deficient type(8.4%),Phlegm-wet type(6.7%).Among the compound types,22 patients are 2 types mixed,4 patients are 3 types mixed,4 or 5 types mixed is not seen.40 patients whose TCM Constitution are simple type are prone to another type TCM Constitution,and mostly prone to Qi depressed type,Blood stasis type and Phlegm-wet type.2.The TCM Constitution distribution in central area lymphaticmetastasis Group are the following:7 gentle type,2 Qi deficient type,3 Yang deficient type,4 Yin deficient type,6 Phlegm-wet type,2 Wetness-heat type,0 Blood stasis type,9 Qi depressed type,0 Special inherited type,12 compound type;The TCM Constitution distribution in lateral area lymphaticmetastasis Group are the following:7 gentle type,1 Qi deficient type,2 Yang deficient type,1 Yin deficient type,2 Phlegm-wet type,2 Wetness-heat type,3 Blood stasis type,6 Qi depressed type,1 Special inherited type,7 compound type.There is no significant statistical difference between the two group.3.The TCM Constitution distribution in lymphaticmetastasis Group are the following:14 gentle type,3 Qi deficient type,5 Yang deficient type,5 Yin deficient type,8 Phlegm-wet type,4 Wetness-heat type,3 Blood stasis type,15 Qi depressed type,1 Special inherited type,19 compound type;The TCM Constitution distribution in no lymphaticmetastasis Group are the following:9 gentle type,2 Qi deficient type,5 Yang deficient type,5 Yin deficient type,0 Phlegm-wet type,3 Wetness-heat type,3 Blood stasis type,7 Qi depressed type,1 Special inherited type,7 compound type.There is no significant statistical difference between the two group.Conelution1.Differences of the TCM Constitution distribution between papillocacinoma' s patients and common people exist.The proportion of biased Constitution in papillocacinoma's patients is higher than common people suggests biased Constitution associates with the occurrence of thyroid papillary.2.Biased Constitution occupies a large part among all of the Constitution types and compound Constitution is the most common.The common simple Constitution is Qi depressed physical,Yang deficient physical,Yin deficient physical and Phlegm-wet physical.3.There is no significant statistical difference on the TCM Constitution distribution and neck lymphaticmetastasis in the study.It may prompt that there is no significant correlation between TCM Constitution and neck lymphaticmetastasis,or there is some correlation but not be found cause the limited study time or the Insufficient sample.
