Objective:Study on the effect of different waveforms of electro-acupuncture on the postoperative pain of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:From November 2015 to November 2016,90 patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated by surgical treatment who with pain.Using the method of randomized,patients were divided into three groups:continuous wave group,dilatational wave group and intermittent wave group,30 cases in each group.Each group used the corresponding wave type electro-acupuncture treatment,20min/times,1 times/day,the course of treatment was 10 days.VAS,ODI,JOA score and JOA improvement rate were compared before and after electro-acupuncture treatment.All data are analyzed under SPSS 22 statistical software.Results:? General data comparison:The three groups of patients in terms of gender,age,lesion segments and other comparisons,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05),with comparability.? VAS score:There was no significant difference in VAS score between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of VAS in each group were lower than those before treatment,there were differences(P<0.05).Comparison between groups,the VAS score of dilatational wave group<continuous wave group<intermittent wave group were statistically significant(P<0.05).? ODI score:There was no significant difference in ODI score between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of ODI in each group were lower than those before treatment,there were differences(P<0.05).Comparison between groups,the ODI score of dilatational wave group<continuous wave group<intermittent wave group were statistically significant(P<0.05).? JOA score:There was no significant difference in JOA score between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of JOA in each group were higher than those before treatment,there were differences(P<0.05).Comparison between groups,the JOA score of dilatational wave group<continuous wave group<intermittent wave group were statistically significant(P<0.05).? The improvement rate of JOA score:After the treatment,The dilatational wave group was 8 cases were cured,19 cases markedly effective,1 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 93.33%.The continuous wave group was 4 cases were cured,17 cases markedly effective,5 cases effective,4 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 86.67%.The intermittent wave group was 1 cases were cured,11 cases markedly effective,11 cases effective,6 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 80.00%.Three groups of patients with JOA score improvement rate comparison test,dilatational wave groups>continuous wave group>intermittent wave group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Different waveforms of electro-acupuncture can relieve the postoperative pain of LDH patients after operation treatment,dilatational wave is better than that in continuous wave,intermittent wave.
