Clinical Research Of Reinforcing Kidney And Eliminating Blood Stasis Method To Prevent And Treat Vasomotor Syndrome Caused By GnRH-a For Endometriosis After Surgery

ObjectiveTo observe therapeutic effects of strengthening kidney and eliminating blood stasis method on patients who have renal deficiency and blood stasis after surgery for endometriosis,and observe clinical effects on preventing and curing vasomotor syndrome which may caused by using GnRH-a after surgery,and providing scientific evidence for its clinical application,also increase the tolerance of patients to GnRH-a,and improve its therapeutic effects,reducing the occurrence of vasomotor syndrome caused by using GnRH-a after surgery for endometriosis.MethodChoose 60 patients from the gynecological ward of Affiliated People's Hospital of University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Fujian from July in 2015 to December in 2016 who were diagnosed with EMT and differentiation of TCM is renal deficiency and blood stasis,and who were treated by GnRH-a,then divided them into experimental group and contrast group by 30 cases in each at random.The patients in experimental group were given Chinese Medicine with the method of strengthing kidney and eliminating blood stasis,and took medicine after surgery from first day of Leuprorelin acetate injection,by one dose a day half an hour after a meal and once in the morning and evening respectively,the treatment had three courses and each need 21 days.Meantime the patients in contrast group were only injected with Leuprorelin acetate by 3 times,and provided them with oryzanol if their vasomotor syndrome was obviously.Starting evaluation of curative effects at the 28th days after injection,and observe the changes of integration and classification of kidney and blood stasis before and after treatment,and observe occurrence of vasomotor syndrome and the changes of E2 and FSH,and finally analyzed the data by statistical methods.Results1.There was no significant difference of integration and classification of kidney and blood stasis before treatment between two groups(P>0.05),the integration and classification of kidney were decreased in experimental group after treatment(P<0.05),but those in contrast group were increased(P<0.05).the integration and classification of blood stasis were decreased in two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and those in experimental group were more lower(P<0.05).2.There was no significant difference of the level of E2 and FSH before treatment between two groups(P>0.05),the level of E2 and FSH were declining in two groups after treatment(P<0.05),but those in two groups after treatment didn't have any statistical significance(P>0.05).3.None of patients in two groups came up with vasomotor syndrome before treatment,and the number of the patients in experimental group who showed paroxysmal baking,flushing,sweating and palpitations was lower than the contrast group after treatment,and so was the score of the vasomotor syndrome,and their differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion1.The kidney deficiency of patients who were diagnosed with EMT and differentiation of TCM is renal deficiency and blood stasis was more serious by using GnRH-a,the partial blood stasis was improved,but the blood stasis still existed because of the injury in surgery,strengthening kidney and eliminating blood stasis method could produce therapeutic effects by decreasing integration and classification of kidney and blood stasis.2.The level of E2 and FSH were declining under the effect of GnRH-a,then the patients showed some vasomotor symptoms related to low estrogen,strengthening kidney and eliminating blood stasis method had some therapeutic effects in preventing and curing vasomotor syndrome caused by using GnRH-a after laparoscope surgery for endometriosis,which could improve vasomotor syndrome without changing the level of E2and FSH.
