The Experimental Research Of The Meridian Tropism Theory Of The Chinese Medicine Stragalus Root, Pilose Asiabell Root, Platycodon Root Which Enter The Lung Meridian About The Pulmonary Surfactant And Secretory Immunoglobul In A In Rats

Objective: According to the syndromes-effect-nature model, we discuss the theory of meridian tropism of the Chinese medicine by observing the possibility of differences of the impact Chinese medicine Astragalus root, Pilose asiabell root, Platycodon Root which enter the lung meridian and Pilose asiabell root which does not enter the lung meridian on the content of Pulmonary surfactant and secretory immunoglobulin A of lung Qi-deficiency model.Method: Studying in rats of Lung Qi deficiency, we observer the affection of Astragalus root, Pilose asiabell root, Platycodon Root, Platycodon Root on the level of pulmonary surfactant which is the index of"lung controlling dispersing outward and inwards"and secretory immunoglobulin which is the index of"lung controlling Qi",and the level of NO which is the index of"convergence of vessels in the lung",discussing different efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine with specific relevance to the material basis.Result: Platycodon Root make a quite obvious affection on the index of"lung controlling dispersing outward and inwards"pulmonary surfactant;Astragalus root and Pilose asiabell root affect secretory immunoglobulin more obvious than Platycodon Root; Platycodon Root is on the dominant in the index of"lung controlling dispersing outward and inwards"NO content ,but it has no difference from Pilose asiabell root and Astragalus root; Based on consideration of statistical results and mucosal immunity ,"the lung is internally and externally related to the large intestine"has some relevance to the major immune molecules SIgA. These describe that different effectiveness of the Chinese medicine corresponding to different substances in the lung. Platycodon Root pertain to the meridian of lung on the functional significance of"lung controlling dispersing outward and inwards".Conclusion: Based on the syndromes-effect-nature model, according to the deep understanding of Chinese medicine,combining modern study of lung physiology ,we probe the basic material of Meridian Tropism is an idea and method practical and feasible.
