Effect Of Jieyujian On 5-Hydroxy Tryptamine And Norepinephrine In Patients With Post Stroke Depression

PurposeThis study based on the literature summary and using randomized controlled trials comparing treatment group and control group in poststroke depression(PSD)in patients with 5-hydroxy tryptamine(5-HT)and norepinephrine(NE)concentration in boold change before and after treatment,and the change of the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),and make objective evaluation the effect of Jieyujian on 5-HT and NE concentration in boold in patients with PSD,and the effectiveness of the treatment of PSD,and safety,and then to lay a foundation for clinical promotion of Jieyujian and further research.MethodIn this study,68 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 34)and control group(n = 34).The two groups were given routine treatment of Western medicine,the treatment group on this basis to Jieyujian treatment,while the control group with a new antidepressant drugEscitalopram Oxalate Tablets treatment.The levels of 5-HT and NE were measured by Elisa before and 4,8,and 12 weeks after treatment.The patients were evaluated by Hamilton Depression Scale by physicians who participated in the training.The reduction rate of HAMD in the patients after treatment was established.The data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software.The above data were analyzed statistically.Finally,the 5-HT and NE concentration changes and the therapeutic effect were evaluated objectively.ResultThe results of this study showed that compared with the control group,serum 5-HT and NE concentrations in the treatment group before treatment,4 weeks after treatment,treatment for 8 weeks,after 12 weeks of treatment were no significant differences.There was no significant difference in serum 5-HT and NE between the before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,but there were significant differences in blood 5-HT and NE concentrations between the before treatment and 8 or 12 weeks after treatment.The results showed that Jieyujian and Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets could improve the 5-HT and NE concentrations of PSD in 8 weeks after treatment,and the effect was similar.The scores of HAMD in the treatment group were no significantly different from those in the control group before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment.After 12 weeks of treatment,the difference was statistically significant.After 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,the scores of HAMD were lower than before treatment in the treatment group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant.After 12 weeks of treatment,the treatment group was cured,markedly effe ctive,effective,ineffective were 2 cases,17 cases,14 cases,1 case,th-e total effective rate was 97.06%;control group cured,markedly effecti ve,effective,ineffective were 1 case,7 cases,17 cases,9 cases,the to-tal effective rate was 73.53%;between the two groups cured,markedly ef fective,effective,ineffective comparison and total effective rate were significantly different.Indicating that understanding Jieyujian and Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets can improve the symptoms of depression in patients.In the treatment of 4 weeks,8 weeks later,Jieyujian to improve the symptoms of depression and Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets no significant difference,and in the treatment of 12 weeks after the treatment of depression is more significant.In the course of the study,the safety indexes of the treatment group and the control group were all normal,and the treatment group had no obvious side effects and adverse reactions during the treatment period,which indicated that the Jieyujian had high safety and no obvious side effects.ConclusionJieyujian can improve the blood 5-HT and NE concentration in PSD patients,the effect is comparable to that of Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets.At the same time,it can improve the symptoms of depression,in its early effect and Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets equivalent,but the late efficacy than Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets more significant,and has no obvious adverse reactions,high safety,low price and other advantages The Jieyujian for the treatment of PSD significantly,it is worth in the clinical promotion.
