The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Scapulohumeral Periarthritisthe By Qingyang Theory Of Internal Classic

Objictive:Observe the patients with shoulder pain activity daily activity recovery,and effect in treating patients with satisfaction by using Canon Qing Yang theory,Wen Yang Tong vein drug therapy Methods: Retrospective analysis,from February 2015 to August2016 in Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of Hubei Province,Department of Orthopedics and outpatient clinic out of 110 cases of patients with unilateral frozen shoulder.The patients were divided into treatment group A,control group B and group C,including 45 cases in group A,37 cases in group B,28 cases in group C,group A with oral administration of Wenyang Tongmai Chinese medicine Fanghu Guizhi decoction,Morning and evening warm clothes.B group to be oral red soup Decoction,a daily dose,minutes and evening warm clothes.C group to be oral Xuanbi Decoction,a daily dose,minutes and evening warm clothes,3 groups were recorded after 4 weeks of treatment.All patients were evaluated before and after treatment with daytime and nighttime VAS visual analogue scores.The shoulder function,activity,pain,treatment satisfaction and clinical efficacy were analyzed before and after treatment.Result:1.After the study,110 patients were included in the statistical analysis,the basic situation of three groups of patients and the disease comparison,the difference was not statistically significant,comparable.The scores of shoulder joint pain,functional activity score,shoulder activity score,doctor satisfaction score and total score before and after treatment in group A,B and C were compared with the pairing test,p value was less than 0.05,The scores of shoulder joint pain,the score of functional activity,the score of shoulder joint and the score of satisfaction after treatment were statistically significant,and the scores of each group were significantly higher than those of treatment before.There was significant difference between group A and group B and group C in the treatment of shoulder joint pain,shoulder joint activity and patient satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant,and group A was higher than group B and group C.The total effective rate was 91.11% in group A and 81.08% in group B.The total effective rate in group C was 75%.There was significant difference between group A and group B Statistically significant difference between group B and group C was not significant,no statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Chaihu Guizhi Decoction,Taohong Siwu Decoction and Xuanbi Decoction can improve shoulder pain,shoulder function and shoulder joint activity in patients with frozen shoulder.2.Chaihu Guizhi decoction treatment of frozen shoulder is better than Taohong Siwu Tang and Xuanbi soup;3.Under the guidance of Qingyang theory under the guidance of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction in reducing the pain of patients with frozen shoulder has a good effect,and patient tolerance is good,safe,no obvious side effects.
