Domestic Upper Limb Active Rehabilitation Training Equipment Design

The incidence of upper limb hemiplegia caused by stroke in middle aged and elderly population has been high,with the accelerated process of aging in China,the incidence of this case will be further intensified.Study on the rehabilitation training robot,many research institutions and scholars in home and abroad in recent 20 years has been committed to the hemiplegic upper limb after operation,but most of the scenarios are still stays in the hospital the medical environment.The project involved in this paper is the design of the rehabilitation training equipment for domestic upper limbs in the context of community rehabilitation,and the family rehabilitation is the most important part of the community rehabilitation.This project aims to design a device for upper limb rehabilitation training for family rehabilitation model of community rehabilitation under use in Home Furnishing environment,so that patients can be more convenient to carry out the rehabilitation training at home,save expensive hospitalization expenses and reduce the cost of care for family members.The project mainly includes hardware product design-upper limb rehabilitation training equipment,as well as supporting the App design.Final presentation will be based on the product prototype and App hi fi page.In this paper,based on the function behavior structure(FBS)model,based on existing product function structure,behavior structure,product structure deconstruction,combined with user behavior and environmental constraints Home Furnishing environment,puts forward the design of rehabilitation medical equipment Home Furnishing environment frame.In order to guide the re design of a simple structure,high stability,good safety,easy disassembly and assembly,convenient storage,simple operation,can teach the robot for upper limb rehabilitation training for patients and their families,family homes to provide treatment for the majority of patients,and reduce the cost of care for family members.Compared with the previous research,the innovation of this project is to put forward a rehabilitation training system which is suitable for home environment.On the one hand,in the product design,the use of lighter materials,simplifying the product structure,making products more easy to disassemble and store,improve the safety of the product.On the other hand,the concept of "Internet plus".The traditional medical products and the Internet docking,to create a more suitable equipment used for upper limb rehabilitation training in the family environment,let patients at home can rehabilitation training,doctors can also through the network of rehabilitation training on patients with guidance.The difficulty of this project is: First,combination of how to "Internet plus" concept and traditional medical products is very good;Second,system security control problem;Third,to design the target user interface easy to understand.
