The Retrospective Analysis Of Primary Nas-opharyngeal Carcinoma In Recent Ten Yea Rs Of Liuz-hou Hospital Of Traditional Chi N-ese Medicine

Objective : Retrospective analysis clinical data of 204 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients,to investigate the medication rules of traditional Chinese medical in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy to syndrome type of traditional Chinese medical.At the same time,we have discussed such as the multiple age,the relationship between different syndromes with EB virus and emotional problems,multiple metastatic sites and other issues.Methods: Fill the collected patient medical record information in the nasopharyngeal carcinoma patient questionnaire of Liuzhou City Hospital which is uniform designed.Information to be recorded includes:(1)General information such as gender,age,discharge date and admission date;(2)TCM syndrome type,pathological type and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma include traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture prescription,plan of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,etc.(3)Interrelated laboratory examinations.(4)Have an analysis of the above information,and test and judge to determine the significance by the use of spss20 statistical software.Results:(1)Male cases is 131,female cases is 73,and the ratio is 1.79:1;(2)The minimum age is 33 years old,the maximum age is 80 years and the average age is 53.27 +9.96 years old;(3)Influence on TCM syndrome type by the local radiation therapy mainly for toxic heat consumption of qi and Yin.Patients have chemotherapy history mainly performance as asthenia of both qi and blood,syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin,poison the lung and stomach's hotness,and syndrome of yin injured by heat-toxicity.Patients usually in emotional depression syndrome are mainly for phlegmy wet resistance syndrome and Phlegm and blood stasis and qi stagnation syndrome;(4)To see more distance transfer mainly to lung,and liver,and bone.Low differentiated squamous cell carcinoma is common distance transfer to lung,non keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma is common distance transfer to liver,and bone,Differentiated non cornification carcinoma is common distance transfer to bone,undifferentiated non keratinizing carcinoma is common distance transfer to cervical lymph node.(5)Chinese medicine has the highest frequency use for class of tonic,antipyretic and relieving.(6)Acupuncture is commonly used in bladder meridian and Ren acupoints.Conclusion : The chemotherapy effect in TCM syndrome types of patients after the treatment,to some extent reflects the heat toxicity of chemotherapy,which easily consumed human blood.Most cases of emotional depression syndrome are Phlegmy wet resistance syndrome andPhlegm and blood stasissyndrome,which meet the understanding of spleen disease from liver in traditional Chinese medical and the depression led to Liver Qi Stagnation.Generally,early nasopharyngeal carcinoma syndromes dominated by empirical,in patients with advanced disease and with excess and deficiency see more,its evolution reflects the deficiency due to solid,finally the evolution law of yin and Yang loss.Traditional Chinese medicine therapy has certain advantages in improving symptoms.
