Clinical Observation About The Effect Of Five Wenyang Huayu Decoction In The Treatment Of Senile Dementia

Objective:By observing the clinical curative effect of five Wenyang Huayu Decoction in the treatment of patients with Alzheimer's disease.To provide a new idea and clinical basis for the treatment of senile dementia.Methods: According to the diagnostic standard of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,we chose 60 cases patients with Alzheimer's disease in the outpatient department of Neurology.in our hospital from April2016 to June 2017.All the patients with Alzheimer's disease were randomly divided into observation group(30)and control group(30).The control group was treated by Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets(produced by Eisai Co,5mg /piece),taking 5mg in the evening for last 30 days and then changed to 10 mg for 60 last days.In the observation group on the basis of Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets oral Wenyang Huayu Decoction plus five granules(all new concentrated granule pharmacy of our hospital in Jiangsu unified purchase of Jiangyin Tianjiang pharmaceutical Co.Ltd production 1),taking with warm boiling water 400 ml 3 times a day,and even served 90 days.Respectively before and after treatment of patients with mini mental state examination scale(MMSE),Activity of daily living scale(ADL),TCM symptom score and safety evaluation.Results:(1)The total effective rate of control group was 73.33% and the treatment group was 86.67%.the result showed that,the treatment group was more efficient than control group,but there was no significant difference between control group and treatment group(p>0.05).(2)MMSE scores of thetreatment group was higher than the control group and the difference was statistical significance after treatment(P<0.05);(3)ADL score of treatment group was lower than the control group and the difference was statistical significance after treatment(P<0.05);(4)safety evaluation: There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups,and before and after the treatment,the physical and chemical testing were not found abnormal Often.Conclusions : This study showed that good treatment of five Wenyang Huayu Decoction on senile dementia Clinical efficacy and safety.
