to study Small Qinglong Decoction medical cases.Methods: The paper has made an in-depth study of 208 medical cases(The main source of medical records to Wanfang database,the Chinese knowledge network and Tutor outpatient medical cases)based on literature and clinical medical records and combined with the theoretical discussion of ancient physicians.It has carried out a more complete analysis for gender,age,onset season,etiology,duration,tongue,pulse,symptoms,TCM name,Western medicine name and medication law of208 patients,using modern mathematical statistics(Golden Segmentation,Keyword statistical analysis,Frequency statistical analysis).And it has also systematically summed up the use standard,the law of food,Chinese medicine disease spectrum and Western medicine disease spectrum of Xiao Qinglong Decoction.Finally,the ancient physician on the small Qinglong Tang's views and clinical treatment rules has been compared and analyzed to explore the treatment rules of Xiao Qinglong Decoction.Results:(1)General incidence rule of Xiao Qinglong Decoction Syndromes: Male patients is more than female patients,but no significant differences of general incidence rule;In the age of the population is mainly concentrated in the elderly;In the onset of the season to the majority of winter,followed by spring,autumn also,the least summer;The cause is mainly attributed to exogenous,physically weak,internal injuries miscellaneous diseases,especially in the majority of exogenous.(2)Clinical dialectical guide of Xiao Qinglong Decoction Syndromes: The tongue is mostly
