The Study On Clinical Effect Of Qushi Paizhuo Decoction In The Treatment Of Hyperuricemia

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Qushi Paizhuo Decoction in the treatment of Hyperuricemia,and objectively evaluate its efficacy and safety.Methods: All 60 cases were derived from the outpatient service of Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine which conforming to the diagnosis standard of Hyperuricemia during December 2015 to October 2016.All cases were divided into treatment group and control group,in accordance with the random number table.The treatment group was 30 cases,treated with Qushi Paizhuo Decoction and Allopurinol.The control group was 30 cases,only treated with Allopurinol.Both of the two groups matched with dietary and life-style intervention and Sodium Bicarbonate tablets.8 weeks were a course of treatment.To observe and record the changes of clinical symptoms,serum uric acid level before and after the treatment,and also monitor to the safety of medication during the entire treatment period.When the observation was finished,making all the datas statistical analysis,comparing with the clinical effect,serum uric acid level and the safety of medicine combination between the treatment group and the control group.Results: 1.The totally clinical curative effect rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and 53.33% in the control group,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.A more significant decrease in syndrome score of TCM in treatment group is noticed while both groups' syndrome score of TCM show a decline(P<0.05).3.In terms of individual clinical curative effect,thesymptoms in the two groups were improved than before(P<0.05),which were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.After the observation was finished,the serum uric acid level of the treatment group and the control group were all reduced,while a more significant decrease in the serum uric acid level of the treatment group(P<0.05).The totally effect rate to decrease the serum uric acid level was 86.67% in the treatment group and63.33% in the control group,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05),which was suggested that the clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better.5.The significant adverse reaction and toxic side effect of both two groups were not been found in the course of research.Conclusion: The Qushi Paizhuo Decoction improved the patients' syndrome of TCM and decrease the serum uric acid level significantly than treating before.Also,in the couse of theatment,the significant adverse reaction and toxic side effect were not been found,which was suggested that the Qushi Paizhuo Decoction were persistently effective and safe,and it has clinical superior value.
