The Clinical Research On The Recovery Of Gastrointestinal Function After Gynecologic Laparoscopic Surgery Treated By Acupuncture

Objective: To provide a more efficient and more convenient treatment on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecologic laparoscopic surgery by comparing the clinical curative effect of fennel iroring and cupuncture on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.Method:60 gynecological laparoscopic surgery cases were randomly divided into control group(treat with fennel iroing)?experimental group ?(treat with normal acupuncture)and experimental group ?(treat with zhuLian stitch acupuncture),20 cases in each group.Three groups are starting the first treatment after 6 hours of the surgery,then once a day,untill the patients discharged from hospital.Compare the postoperative bowel sounds recovery time,the postoperative exhaust time for the first time,the postoperative defecatoion time for the first time,the postoperative abdominal pain scores,postoperative abdominal distension scores and the postoperative hospital stay of three groups patients.Results:(1)The comparison of postoperative bowel sounds recovery time:the average postoperative bowel sounds recovery time were24.5h,20.9h,20.23 h respectively.The control group compared with two experimental groups,the difference is statistically significant(p <0.05).(2)The comparison of the postoperative exhaust time for the first time:the average postoperative exhaust time for the first time were29.30 h,22.43 h,20.40 h respectively.The control group compared with two experimental groups,the difference is statistically significant(p <0.05).(3)The comparison of the postoperative defecatoion time for the first time : the average postoperative defecatoion time for the first time were31.80 h,26.32 h,26.54 h respectively.The control group compared with two experimental groups,the difference is statistically significant(p <0.05).(4)The comparison of the postoperative abdominal pain scores : The control group compared with two experimental groups,the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).It shows that the duration of postoperative abdominal pain symptom on the experimental group is shorter and faster postoperative recovery.(5)The comparison of postoperative abdominal distension scores : The control group compared with two experimental groups,the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).It shows that the duration of postoperative abdominal distention symptom on the experimental group is shorter and faster postoperative recovery.(6)The comparison of the postoperative hospital stay : the control group compared with two experimental groups,the difference is statistically significant(p < 0.05).It shows that the postoperative hospital stay on the experimental group is shorter and patients recovery faster.Conclusions:(1)The effect of normal acupuncture and zhuLIan stitch acupuncture on the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal functional is better than the fennel ironing.(2)zhuLIan stitch acupuncture have better a effect on relaxing abdominal pain and distension of gastrointestinal function after gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.It can promote relaxing the abdominal pain and distension of gastrointestinal function after gynecologic laparoscopic surgery faster.(3)The normal acupuncture and zhu LIan stitch acupuncturecan promote the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal functional effectively.It can reduce the patients postoperative symptoms faster and shorten the hospitalization time.To be a method on treating postoperative rehabilitation,it is safe,effective and simple.
