Objective: In conventional stroke rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the patients with cognitive tasks of training,to observe the therapeutic effect of cognitive tasks in balance dysfunction of stroke by analysis, and attempts to provide treatment of patients with balance dysfunction after stroke. Methods: Select stroke patients 2016-2017 years to enter the Shanghai Department of rehabilitation medicine, were diagnosed as having balance dysfunction and 20 patients. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number generated by the random function of Excel software, and each group was divided into 10 groups. The control group was treated with routine balance training, the training time was 30 minutes each time, and the experimental group was trained on the basis of the routine balance training, and the training time was about 30 minutes each time. The two groups were trained for 4 weeks,5 times a week. The basic vital signs of the subjects were measured before and after training, the risk of falling was assessed by Berg scale, and the dynamic and static balance ability was evaluated by dynamic and static balance apparatus.Statistical software spss19.0 was used to analyze the data, and the t test was used to test the data. Results: 1 Before and after the training in the experimental group and the control group of patients with basic vital signs pulse, body temperature, respiration, blood pressure were within the normal range, and there was no significant difference.2 In the Berg scale before and after the training, the scores of Berg scale between the control group and the experimental group were improved compared with before training, among which the difference between the training group and the experimental group was highly significant.3 In the static balance comprehensive index, the experimental group was improved compared with before and after training, and the difference was highly significant.4 In the LOS,the experimental group and the control group were shortened after training the average reaction time, suggesting that the patient's ability to improve, the differences between the experimental group has a very significant difference in the control group, with significant difference. In the movement velocity index, the experimental group was increased, and the difference was highly significant, while the control group was not significantly different. In the endpoint excursions and max excursions test, endpoint excursions of the experimental group and the control group the average value increased, the difference was significant between the experimental group and control group with significant difference. The max excursions and average value of the experimental group were improved, and the difference was significant. There was no obvious change in the control group before and after the training. After training, the directional control index of the patients in the stroke group was improved, and the difference was significant. The control ability of the stroke patients after the training of the control group was not improved significantly.5 Sensory integration test results showed that the experimental group and the control group after training sensory integration test scores were improved, the experimental group was significantly different, the control group was significantly different.6 In the cognitive attention test, the experimental group shortened the time after training, and the difference was highly significant, and the number of errors was reduced, the difference was highly significant. There was no statistical difference in the time spent and the number of errors between the control group and the training group. The experimental group compared with the control group, the number of errors before training was not statistically significant, the difference was significant after training. Conclusion: 1 Cognitive dual task training can improve the balance ability of stroke patients with balance dysfunction.2 Cognitive dual task training is a safe way to train balance dysfunction after stroke.3 Cognitive dual task training can improve the cognitive performance of stroke patients.
