| Objective To observe the effects of visual feedback and proprioception enhanced by balancer training on the assessment and treatment of balance function and cognitive function in stroke patients. Methods Sixty patients with post-stroke hemiplegia who received rehabilitation treatment in WuXi Tongren Rehabilitation Hospital from August 2016 to November 2018 were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group.Patients in both groups received conventional drug therapy and conventional rehabilitation training. The observation group adds Tecnobody balance instrument training. Before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,Fugl-meyer lower limb motor function score and modified Barthel index were used to assess the lower limb function of patients;Berg balance score, the ATE and time checked by the balance instrument were used to evaluate the patient’s balance function;MMSE and MoCA scores were used to evaluate the cognitive function of patients. To compare the recovery of lower limb motor function, balance ability and cognitive function after training between the two groups. Results After intervention,it was found that the assessment of Fugl-meyer lower limb motor function score,Berg balance score and modified Barthel index after treatment in both groups were significantly better than the data before treatment in both groups, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05)。After intervention, the Average Trace Error(ATE)and time in both groups were better than the data before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition, the observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MMSE and MoCA scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment, and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0).05).Conclusion Using balance instrument training to strengthen visual feedback and proprioception to carry out balance rehabilitation training for hemiplegic patients after stroke can significantly improve their cognitive function, lower limb motor function, balance function, walking ability and daily life ability.Compared with conventional rehabilitation training, the application of balance instrument training to enhance visual feedback and proprioception has more advantages and clinical promotion value. |
