Surgical Intervention For Recurrent Cardiac Myxoma:Report Of 2 Patients With Review Of The Literature

Objective:To evaluate the reason that lead to the recurrent cardiac myxoma and review the experience of Surgical intervention for recurrent cardiac myxoma.Methods:From 2009 through 2017,2 patients with recurrent cardiac myxoma underwent surgical treatment in our hospital.Gathered 16 patients from PubMed by using the Keywords "recurrent cardiac myxoma".We use the SPSS to summarize all the patients'data.Results:Shows that patients with unusual location beginning cardiac myxoma has higher risk of recurrence.Conclusion:Patients with unusual location beginning cardiac myxoma are suggested to have re-examination more frequently.
