Clinical Observation Of Sanshensihuangjiangtang Apsule To Treat Patients With Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of Sanshensihuangjiangtang Capsule in treating early dibetic nephropathy with two deficiency of Qi and Yin with blood stasis type,and observeits its influence on patients serum TNF-?.Methods: Select 60 patients with early DN accordding with the bringing in standard of this clinical research,randomly divided into two groups,control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The control group were given basic treatment:diabetes mellitus education,diet control,exercise therapy,step-down,blood fat,etc.At the same time of foundation treatment,Treatment group were given Sanshensihuangjiangtang Capsule.Two groups were treated by a coutse of 12 week.After the treatment,an-alyze the change of CM syndrome integral,urine trace albumin excretion rate(UAER)and serum TNF-? indicators before and after treatment of two groups of patients,and compare the total effective rate of the two groups.Results: 1.After the treatment of 12 weeks,compare the total effective rate of two groups:treatment group was 82.1%,the control group was 25%.It means that there are a significant statistical significance(p<0.05).2.After the treatment of 12 weeks,The single integral and total integral syndromes was treatment group before treatment were significantly decreased(p<0.05),compared with the control group(p<0.05);the total effective rate was 92.0% in treat-ment group,control group was 17.9%.It means to have a significant statistical signific-ance(p<0.05).3.After the treatment of 12 weeks,The UAER of treatment group patients after treatment than before treatment was significantly decreased(p<0.05);It means that there are a significant stastical significance(p < 0.05).Sanshensihuangjiangtang capsule can reduce the UAER level of the DN.4.After the treatment of 12 weeks,the serum TNF-? of control group patients did not change greatly even elevated slightly;the serum TNF-? level of treatment group patients significantly dropped than before(p<0.05);compared with the control group(p<0.05).Sanshensihuangjiangtang Capsule can reduce the serum TNF-? level of the DN.Conclusion: 1.Sanshensihuangjiangtang Capsule can reduce the syndrome points of Qi and Yin deficiency with blood stasis of early DN patients,meawhile can improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.2.Sanshensihuangjiangtang Capsule can reduce UAER of early DN patients,thus relieve the grade of renal damagement.3.Sanshensihuangjiangtang Capsule maybe slow the progress of early DN by lowering the level of serum TNF-?.4.Sanshensihuangjiangtang Capsule is safe,reliable.
