Objective: 1.Using high flux mass spectrum detection technology screening of Mongolian medicine immatureand mature heat the proteomics with different expression,analysis its function mechanism,the role in the disease process,a preliminary classification of Mongolian medicine fever provides "biological basis",provide experimental basis for clinical dialectic diagnosis.2.Based on proteomics of Mongolian medicine warm disease stage unripe heat,mature heat which Dialectical mechanism is discussed and expounded.Methods: Acquisition conforming cheeks swell disease groups,influenza and other warm disease group(measles)three groups of diseases such as Mongolian medicine unripe mature heat syndrome,venous blood were taken5 ml,centrifugal,remove blood cells,plasma separation;To 56 ? high temperature to inactivate the plasma samples,and then remove protein,quality detection,high abundance ratios TMT10 protein markers,sample injection of C18 chromatographic column,using high-throughput proteomics detection technology for proteomics researchabout two stages of the mogolian medicine`s warm disease including the determination of protein content,screening differentially expressed proteins,for dialectical diagnosis index and specific markers.Results: Showed mass spectrum detection,according to the results of the 1500 kinds of proteins,detecting peptide number is 41632,detecting peptide species number is 7619,among them there are differences in the two stages of the mogolian medicine`s warm disease expression of a total of 1323,a total of 1077 differentially expressed 1.3times above,mature heat and unripe hot compared with normal group raised together and cut a total of 164(raising 95 of them,cut in 69),the three groups of diseases also raised and lowered and the difference of 1.3 times more than a total of eight.Respectively for fanconi anemia,complementation group D2?endonuclease domain containing 1?cyclin-dependent kinase 5 regulatory subunit 2 ?DnaJhomolog,subfamily C member 4?PREDICTED: ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 24 isoform X1?glutamate receptor ionotropic,PREDICTED: brefeldin Ainhibited guanine nucleotide-exchange protein 3 isoform X1,NMDA 2D precursor?PREDICTED: ligand-dependent corepressor isoformX1.Which raised six,cut in two.Conclusion: 1.Mongolian medicine immature and mature heat the evolution process of the two stage,eight are differentially expressed proteins,which raised six,cut in two.2.Conjecture raised six protein and "XiLa" heating factors,such as cut 2 protein and "in accordance with the" HeYi " and " BaDaGan " cold factors.3.Three diseases in Mongolian medicine two stages of the mogolian medicine`s warm disease in the process of the evolution of the eight of differentially expressed proteins may be " the markers and diagnostic significance,has further research value.
