Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of partial cystectomy and radical cystectomy in the treatment of muscle invasive bladder cancer, and to explore the application of partial cystectomy in muscle invasive bladder cancer. Methods The clinical data of 126 patients with intramuscular invasive bladder cancer(T2-T3)treated by in Shandong Tumor Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.According to the different surgical methods, the patients were divided into bladder(Group A)and radical cystectomy group(group B).The hospitalization time, operation time, intraoperative blood loss and sexual function were analyzed. The 1-year survival rate,3-year survival rate,5-year survival rate, postoperative quality of life of patients, and 1-year survival rate,3-year survival rate and 5-year survival rate after partial resection and radical resection of T2 and T3 patients with bladder cancer were performed to evaluate partial resection of bladder Therapeutic effect of muscle invasive bladder cancer. Results There were 126 cases of group A,including 62 cases of group A,including 55 cases of male,7 cases of female,13 cases of low grade urothelial carcinoma,49 cases of high grade urothelial carcinoma, aged between 38 and 75 years old;group B 64 cases, including 51 males and 13 females, including low-grade urothelial carcinoma in 14 cases,high-grade urinary tract epithelial cancer in 50 cases, aged between 36-75 years old.The 1-year,3-year and 5-year survival rates of group A were 90.32%,67.74% and 46.77% respectively. The 1-year,3-year and 5-year survival rates of group B were 89.06%,82.81%,65.63 %;The difference in survival rate between the two groups was statistically significant(radical resection was better than partial resection). The 1-year,3-year,5-year survival rates were 87.50%,81.25%,62.50% in the T2 patients after partial resection of the bladder, and the 1-year,3-year,5-year survival rates were 91.67 %,87.50% and 70.83% respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups. However, the partial operation of the bladder was short, the bleeding was small, the hospitalization time was short, and the quality of life of the patients was significantly better than the radical control. The 1-year,3-year and 5-year survival rates were 93.33%,53.33% and 30.00%,respectively,for 1 year,3 years and 5 years after radical resection of the bladder. The survival rates were 87.50%,80.00% and 62.50%,respectively.The survival rate of the two groups was statistically significant at 3 and 5 years after operation. Conclusions 1.There was no significant difference in the survival rate of radical resection and radical resection for 1,3 and 5 years, but the operation time was short, the bleeding was small, the hospitalization time was short, and the quality of life of the patients was significantly Better than radical surgery, partial resection feasible;2.For patients with T3 muscle invasive bladder cancer, radical surgery is better than partial resection of the bladder.
