Load walking is a common thing in daily life for human being,but excessive load will bring a series of damage to the human body.As a noninvasive,safe and real-time measurement method,the surface EMG is widely used in the detection of muscle electrical signals.In this paper,we study the surface EMG signal when people walking with loading in the different speeds to provide a more scientific advice,to avoid muscle damage.In this study,the surface EMG signal of the main muscle of the back of the normal subjects was tested by JE-TB0810 EMG data acquisition system.The pace of the text is 3km/h,4km/h,5km/h.The load is 0%,5%,10%,15%of the weight of body.The test muscle respectively is neck extensor muscle,trapezius muscle,latissimus dorsi muscle,erector spinae muscle.All muscles contain left and right side.Asked the subjects walk on the treadmill at the same pace and the same loading for 30min.The surface EMG signal are collected each 5min.subjects were combined with their own subjective feelings for a subjective evaluation each 10min.The average EMG(AEMG)and the average power frequency(MPF)of the EMG signal are extracted from the data collected,and the standard treatment of the eigenvalues is obtained by using MATLAB.The difference between men and women and the symmetry of the left and right are analyzed through the characteristic values.The functional state of the muscle,the size of the force and the fatigue state are analyzed.By regression analysis,the curve of the main muscle with time was fitted.The main muscle fatigue model are established by using MATLAB.Through the collection and analysis of surface EMG signal of back muscles when people walking in different speeds with load,we find that there are difference between men and women in the back muscles,while there is about a symmetry.The upper bound values of 3km/k,5km/h and 4km/h are obtained by the analysis to provide reasonable suggestions for the people who need to load walking,avoiding a series of health problems such as muscle injury.It also provides a reference for the treatment of human rehabilitation,the diagnosis and treatment of muscles.At the same time,it provides data support for the design of the backpack,whether or not responsible for human ergonomics.
