ObjectiveThe use of Chinese TCM constitution Constitution scale survey of staff in Zhongshan City,the local public security system,to investigate the distribution of TCM constitution types,and to guide treatment of residents of health care and disease.MethodsIn Zhongshan City Hospital medical and health care personnel,Zhongshan City,the public security system for the survey.In the paper version of the survey questionnaire and desktop combination,and the judgment to fill in the questionnaire to meet the requirements of the conditions studied.Scale score method using TCM constitution,TCM constitution determines the type of each investigator.Investigators also recorded for each gender,age and other basic information.Establish a database,using statistical software for data analysis,the different gender,physical distribution type and composition of different ages than in the case.Results1.The questionnaires were distributed desktop paper version of the questionnaire and a total of 682 parts,excluding the questionnaire does not meet the requirements,633 valid questionnaires,the effective rate was 92.82%.The youngest patient was 26 years old and a maximum of 59 years,the average age was 41.00±7.93 years.377 male respondents,accounting for 59.56%of the total;256 female respondents,accounting for 40.44%of total sex ratio is about 3:2.2.How to few in various types of physical persons were:hot and humid or hot and humid quality qualitative tendency,Qi deficiency or Qi deficiency tendencies,phlegm or phlegm tendencies,qi quality or gas Yu quality tendencies,yin deficiency or yin deficiency tendencies,Yang Yang qualitative or qualitative tendency,by gentleness,blood stasis or blood stasis tendency,special intrinsic quality or special intrinsic quality tendencies.Wherein heat or hot and humid quality qualitative tendency 116 cases,accounting for 18.33%;Qi deficiency or Qi deficiency tends to 103 cases,accounting for 16.27%;phlegm or phlegm tendency in 87 cases,accounting for 13.74%;stagnation constitution or tendency to stagnation constitution 83 cases,accounting for 13.11%;yin deficiency or deficiency tends 76 cases,accounting for 12,01%;yang quality or yang quality tends to 75 cases,accounting for 11.85%;gentleness 63 patients,accounting for 9.95%;blood stasis or blood stasis tendency in 21 cases,accounting for 3.32%;special intrinsic quality or special intrinsic quality tendency in 9 cases,accounting for 1.42%.3.Comparison between men and women were,damp or humid quality male quality tendencies,yin deficiency or yin deficiency tendencies,Yang Yang qualitative or qualitative tendency than female(P<0.05);women's gentleness,qi quality or stagnation constitution tendencies,blood stasis or blood stasis tendency was significantly higher than men(P<0.05).4.Gentleness,hot and humid quality,phlegm,qi,qi quality,blood stasis and a corresponding tendency more than 26-29 years and 50-59 years age 30-49 age group were in stage,yin deficiency and yang quality and there is a corresponding tendency is the most common age 50-59.ConclusionTCM constitution types surveyed 633 cases of heat distribution to quality,qi deficiency and there is a corresponding tendency highest proportion in which heat quality male,yin deficiency,yang quality and there is a corresponding tendency than female;and women peace,qi quality,blood stasis and a corresponding tendency significantly higher than men.Gentleness,hot and humid quality,phlegm,qi,qi quality,blood stasis and a corresponding tendency in the high proportion of youth;yin deficiency and yang quality and there is a corresponding tendency is 50-59 the most common age.
