Objective Clinical observation on the effect of Promoting diuresis with drugs of tasteless flavor in the treatment of severe diarrhea after operation for slow transit constipationMethods 42 cases of severe slow transit constipation treated in our department from May 2013 to December 2014 were randomly treated with the method of prospective randomized controlled analysis. The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05)?Conclusion Subtotal resection of the colon in the treatment of severe slow transit constipation is a good treatment plan, but the majority of patients with difficult to control the symptoms of diarrhea. After surgical treatment and with light penetration dampness for oral administration of effective remission in patients with abdominal pain, diarrhea, stool frequency increased, rectal irritation sign, stool pond and other symptoms have certain help.
