Research On Establishment And Evaluation Of Scientific Research Motivation Model In Medium And Small-sized Military Hospitals

Medium and small-sized military hospitals,which have to face with rising competitions and increasing medical demands of military,are anxious to enhance the scientific research level and the comprehensive strength.However,medium and small-sized military hospitals are in ubiquitous situation of scientific research,which mainly refer to weak basis,deficient conditions,insufficient talents and low level,especially the methods to motivate the existing researchers’ positivity need to be discussed imminently and deeply.At present,there are few researches available on the theory,mechanism and measure of scientific researches motivation in medium and small-sized military hospitals,and also there are not many researches and cases which were mature,effective and targeted.In this research,we planed to explore the motivation factors in medium and small-sized military hospitals and to build a scientific research motivation hypothetical model,which could provide a reference basis for the boost of STHRM in medium and small-sized military hospitals.In this thesis,basing on the methods of literature review,questionnaire investigation and consulting interview,we pursued researches and obtained the following results:(1)By literature review and consulting interview,we sifted and sorted motivation factors in different types and dimensions,proposed 2 aspects,12 categories and 24 types motivation factors in medium and small-sized military hospitals;(2)We built a scientific research motivation hypothetical model;(3)After analyzing the demand degree for motivation factors in the motivation model by questionnaire design,we chose 4 medium and small-sized military hospitals which have similar scale situations,and carried out a questionnaire survey on different hierarchy and classificatory medical workers.We arranged and analyzed 221 questionnaire results and researched as below: 1)Medical workers’ demands and the differences for scientific research motivation factors in medium and small-sized military hospitals,2)The differences of medical workers’ demand degree for scientific research motivation factors between positive motivation and negative motivation,3)The differences in different hierarchy and classificatory medical workers’ demand degree for scientific research motivation factors;(4)We revised,improved,verified and evaluated the scientific research motivation hypothetical model.This research showed that there were significant differences both in medical workers’ demand degree for scientific research motivation factors and in demand degree for scientific research motivation factors between positive motivation and negative motivation in medium and small-sized military hospitals.We also found that there were significant differences in different hierarchy and classificatory medical workers’ demand degree for scientific research motivation factors.By summarizing and analyzing the significant differences,we revised,improved,verified and evaluated the scientific research motivation hypothetical model.Simultaneously,we provided several suggestions and measures which could effectively use these significant differences,optimize motivation mechanism,improve motivation pertinence and ensure motivation effects in processes of scientific research management.
