Objective:To obersve patients'changes in pain and fountion of back and waist before and after treatment by using Needle Knife Lysis relieving the pain of the acute phase of Osteoporotic Vertebral Fracture and setting up the electro-acupuncture group as control.and evaluating the effect,so as to offer a new therapeutic method for the clinical medical.Methods:64 included patients were randomly divided into needle knife group and electro-acupuncture group.32 cases in each. Two groups were both given static drop mannite for dehydration and Xuesaitong for improving minicirculation and oral Caltrate D for anti-osteoporosis as the foundation treatment. On that basis, needle knife group use needle knife lysis for treatment, one time a day.3 times the first week, one time the second week.a week as a course of treatment, two courses of treatment in all;Electro-acupuncture group use electro-acupuncture for treatment, one time a day,5 times a week,a week as a course of treatment, two courses of treatment in all. Patients'scores of VAS and fountion of back and waist in bed are recorded before treatment and on the 7th and 14th day of treatment.Phone call following-ups are made one month after the treatment. The datas of the experiment are analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software.Results:1.Baseline:There were no significant differences between two groups of patients with gender, age, onset, compression vertebral distribution and scores of VAS and fountion of back and waist in bed before treatment(P?0.05),are comparable. 2.Clinical observation on indicators:Two groups'scores of VAS and fountion of back and waist in bed were significantly decreased after treatment, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Needle knife group's scores of VAS and fountions of back and waist in bed both were less than electro-acupuncture group after treatment, the difference is statistically significant(P?0.05).Besides,needle knife group's descent range of scores of VAS and fountions of back and waist in bed both were greater than electro-acupuncture group after treatment, the difference is statistically significant(P< 0.05).Needle knife group is better than electro-acupuncture group by comprehensive analysis.3.Clinical curative effects evaluation:Needle knife group:Cure rate is O,significant efficiency is 68%, effective rate is 32%,ineffective rate is 0 and total effective rate is 100%.Electro-acupuncture group:Cure rate is O,significant efficiency is 36%, effective rate is 58%, ineffective rate is 6% and total effective rate is 94%.To compare the total effective rate of two groups, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),needle knife group is better than electro-acupuncture group.4.Adverse events:There were no something unexpected and adverse events happened in two groups of patients during the treatment.5.Follow-up visits:The needle knife group recurrenced in 1 case, and electro-acupuncture group recurrenced in 3 cases one month after the treatment. To compare the recurrent cases of two groups, there is no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Both needle knife lysis and electro-acupuncture can relieve the pain of the acute phase of Osteoporotic Vertebral Fracture and improve fountion of back and waist in bed of patients, but needle knife lysis is better than electro-acupuncture in both two aspects.2.Needle knife lysis have the advantage of easy to fix point, easy and simple to handle, fewer time and frequency of therapy, fast effect, good efficacy, high security, etc. It is easily acceptable by the patients, worth clinical promotion.
