BackdropGastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors(GI-NENs)is one of the specific tumor, clinical progression, diagnosis and treatment are unique,GI-NENs previous studies suggest that the incidence rate is not high, past research is a rare tumor, but in recent years GI-NENs than pathology gradually increased incidence showing a gradual upward trend, growing interest,GI-NENs pathological analysis of significant value.ObjectiveRetrospective analysis of clinical data of patients with GI-NENs,analysis GI-NENs pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and prognosis of the status quo,to understand the impact of various factors on the disease, and to provide reference for the GI-NENs treatment.MethodsHebi city people's hospital were retrospectively analyzed in May 2014 to September2015,were gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumor,102 cases of patients, are hospitalized patients, age were over 18 years old,the clinical data were organized, postoperative pathological specimens were diagnosed GIVENs,patients were taken to surgery, patient pathology were analyzed,CgA,Ki67 positive index and Syn three indicators were detected.Results(1)Gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors included in the study 102 patients,69males(67.7%)and 33 females(32.3%),aged 18 to 89 years, mean age(58.61 ± 12.67)years,50~70 years old patients were the majority. All patients were sporadic, and there was no familial aggregation.Pathological staging,41 cases(40.2%)were local metastasis,30cases(29.4%)of focal period,31 cases(30.4%)were the distance.Tumor mean diameter was(5.35 + 3.12)cm,tumor diameter 3cm~7cm up to.(2)Neuroendocrine tumors in different organs were able to observe in the stomach up to a total was 40 cases(39.2%),followed by the rectum 22 cases(21.6%),stomach(39.2%),the incidence of rectal cancer(21.6%)was significantly higher than other parts(P <0.05).(3)Initial symptoms and tumor site was negatively correlated(r=-0.302,P<0.05),the initial symptoms and tumor stage showed a negative correlation(r=-0.236,P<0.05),remove the tumor site,Newly diagnosed symptoms and no significant correlation between tumor stage(P> 0.05),with newly diagnosed tumor symptoms negative correlation(r =-0.249,P <0.05).Tumor size analysis showed a positive correlation with distant metastasis and tumor diameter was no significant difference in local tumor metastasis(P> 0.05),distant metastasis of tumor size was significantly larger than the focal tumors(P <0.05).(4)Patients were successfully followed up period of 6 months, with a median follow-up time was 26 months.Tumor more than 4cm in diameter 2-year survival of patients(50.0%)and 3-year survival rate(21.7%)was significantly higher in patients with tumors smaller than 1cm 2-year survival rate(100%)and 3-year survival rate(100%)(P<0.05).Women 2-year survival rate(84.8%)and 3-year survival rate(60.6%)was significantly higher than male 2-year survival rate(65.1%)and 3-year survival rate(39.1%)(P <0.05).Conclusion(1)Gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumor male-dominated,no familial aggregation phenomenon occurred, mostly in the 50 ~ 70 years old patients.(2)Gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumor in the stomach, most positively related tumor stage and tumor diameter size, and tumor size and diameter are associated with survival...
