Objective:Anteriorcruciate ligament (ACL) injury is the most common ligament injury for now, accounting for 50% of the total ligament injury, has become one of the most common diseases in modern sports medicine, to cure ACL Mainly by arthros-copic reconstruction, After reconstruction surgery, the rehabilitation has become one of the hot topics in rehabilitation medicine. For ACL rehabilitation, the traditional method is muscle strength and joint mobility training. More and more studies have shown that the recovery of proprioception has a Great impact on knee function recovery after the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. It can coordinate the muscle strength and joint function, clinical rehabilitation has more emphasis on the importance of proprioception training, there are a lot of literature study on this, but modern evidence-based medicine on this is less. In order to clarify the effects of propriocep-tion training on rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, meta-analysis was used to evaluate the quality of the related literature and to analyze the data in an objective and reliable way. Methods:According to the method of Meta-analysis, we searched MED-LINE, OVID, EMbase, Cochrane Library, CNKI, VIP and other databases to collect all the randomized controlled trials of proprioceptive training on functional rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. The Jadad score was used to evaluate the quality of the literature and extract literaturerelated data. Meta-analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.3.Results:A total of 7 articles were included according to the inclusion and exclu-sion criteria, including 4 in English and 3in Chinese. Four high quality papers and two low quality papers were selected by Jadad. A total of 318 patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were included. Meta-analysis showed that the proprioceptive training had higher scores on knee function than the conventional rehabilitation training.Conclusion:1, Proprioceptive training is useful for functional rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.2. Because of the limited sample size and literature quality, the meta analysis of functional rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction for proprioceptive training needs to be further improved.
