Objective:To analyze the clinical features of hospitalization in 1 patients with type 174 diabetes mellitus.Subjects and Methods:The difference of credit as the point of tangency to 174 hospital in 2011 January 2015 December Soviet Second Affiliated Hospital from type 1 diabetic patients, randomly selected 174 cases of type 1 diabetes patients,a total of 174 cases),age is more than or equal to 20 years old adult grouping criteria,174 cases of type 1 diabetes in onset group(101 cases)and non adult onset group(73 cases),the two groups of patients have a family history, body mass index, waist hip ratio(WHR),whether with ketosis, blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose, alanine, aspartate,GGT,glycosylated hemoglobin,C peptide, complications such as statistical analysis, two groups of data.Results:1,Patients with an average age of onset of type 1 diabetes 29.9 + 11.1 years old,at the onset of disease associated with ketosis cases accounted for 63.3%,GADA,ICA,IAA positive rate respectively 70.4% and 65.0%,27.3%.2,174 patients,88 cases were male(50.6%),female 86 cases(49.4%).The average age of onset 25.12 + 11.8,which has a family history of diabetes accounted for only 17.8%,according to the study, the patients in the two groups confirmed that non adult onset group, the average age of onset of 14.98 + 4.17 years, adult onset group, the average age of onset is 32.44 + 10.12 years;non adult onset group hospitalized patients with ketosis accounted for(36.99%)was higher than that of adult onset group(20.79%)(P < 0.05).Adult onset and adult onset group group two groups in gender, family history, body mass index(BMI),waist to hip ratio in comparison, the p value was greater than 0.05,indicating that non adult onset group and adult onset group in gender, family history, body mass index(BMI),waist to hip ratio does not exist in the difference(P > 0.05).3,compared with adult onset group and adult onset group two groups of patients, blood pressure, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting C peptide,2 hour postprandial C peptide and creatinine were compared, the P value of less than 0.05,indicating that non adult onset group and adult onset group in blood pressure, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting C peptide, meal after 2 hours of C peptide and creatinine have significant difference(p<0.05);non adult onset group and adult onset group two groups were compared in patients with fasting blood glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol, alanine, aspartate,GGT,the P values are greater than 0.05,indicating a non year onset group and adult onset group the differences in fasting blood glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol,alanine,aspartate,GGT(p>0.05).4.Based on the analysis of type 1 diabetic patients serum glutamic acid decarboxylase antibody(GADA)and its anti islet beta cell antibodies(ICA)and insulin autoantibody(IAA)index,GADA,ICA and IAA in the total positive rate was 58.1% and 47.8%,25.0% respectively;compared with the non adult onset group and adult onset type 1 diabetes patients serum glutamic acid decarboxylase antibody(GADA)group, its anti islet beta cell antibodies(ICA)and insulin autoantibody(IAA),no statistical difference(P > 0.05).5,144 patients were admitted to have been diagnosed cases, the removal of 30 cases with new onset type 1 diabetes, concurrent diabetic nephropathy, diabetes retinopathy, diabetes macrovascular disease, diabetic peripheral neuropathy accounted for 22.2%,20.1%,8.3% and 2.7% respectively;non adult onset T1 DM patients with diabetes nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy incidence(42.6%,39.6%)higher than in adult onset T1 DM patients with diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy incidence, and statistical difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Type 1 diabetes in adult patient sees more, relatively late age of onset, onset with a higher proportion of ketosis, autoantibody positive detection rate is high and family history of diabetes accounted for only a small part of;(2)Comparison of adult and non adult patients with type 1 diabetes clinical features, the average blood pressure lever of adult patients was higher, and we non adult onset group of islet function is even worse, blood sugar is more difficult to control, the serum creatinine values and the ketosis accounted was higher;(3)There was no statistical difference of diabetes related antibody detection;(4)The creatinine values of non adult onset group higher than that of adult onset group, and non adult onset diabetic micro vascular disease rate is higher,...
