Purpose:Study of radix bupleuri liver spread gastric emptying of functional dyspepsia model rats, serum gastric secrete element and the effect of somatostatin and explore its action mechanism.Method:50 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, each group of 10, only the normal control group (group A), model control group (group B), radix bupleuri liver scattered high dose group (group C), radix bupleuri low-dose liver soup (group D), ding Lin group (group E). In addition to the group A, the rest of the groups of unpredictable chronic stress method is used to build model for three weeks, since the 4th week, groups of rats lavage according to 1 ml/100 g A day. C, D group were given 2.1 x 103 g, L-1,1.05 x 103 g, L-1 wood Hu Shu liver bulk liquid; E group was given 0.1% more Pan Li ketone suspension liquid, A, B group to volume normal saline lavage, such as A total of 2 weeks. Average daily food intake:after building, compared with normal group, the rest of the four groups of average daily food intake were reduced (P< 0.05); After the treatment, compared with model group, medication group average daily intake (P< 0.05), are which the average daily intake ding Lin group increased more obviously (P< 0.01).2.After building, compared with normal group, swimming fixed time the remaining four group were increased (P< 0.05); After the treatment, compared with model group, forced swimming fixed time dosage group were decreased significantly (P< 0.01).3. Gastric emptying:normal group, radix bupleuri, high dose group of liver, radix bupleuri liver scattered low dose group and gastric emptying rate ding Lin group were higher than that of model group (P< 0.05), and radix bupleuri liver scatter difference is more apparent in the lower dosage treatment groups (P< 0.01). The difference between each dose group has no statistical significance (P> 0.05).4. Serum GAS:for 3 weeks, compared with normal group, the rest of the four groups of GAS content in serum were lower (P< 0.05); 5 weeks, compared with model group, medication group GAS content in serum were significantly increased (P< 0.01).5.SS:serum for 3 weeks, compared with normal group, the rest of the four groups of SS content in serum were higher (P< 0.05); 5 weeks, compared with model group, medication group SS content in serum were decreased significantly (P< 0.01).Conclusion:Radix bupleuri liver powder can increase the FD model rat food intake, promote gastric emptying, mechanism may be related to higher GAS content, reduce the content of SS, for clinical use of liver qi method in the treatment of functional dyspepsia patients to provide experimental basis.
