Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of the percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)combined with acupuncture and PKP alone in the treatment of Osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. To explore the clinical treatment of OVCF the most effective treatment. Methods:We collected 72 cases of OVCF patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015.These patients were single vertebral fractures. The main performance of patients with low back pain, stand up,get up and so on the back of the limited activity. These patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of random grouping. The treatment group(group A)was treated with PKP combined with acupuncture and moxibustion for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures with an average age of(75.08 ± 4.48)years.The control group(group B)was treated with PKP alone in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, with an average age of(75.03 ± 4.41)years.A group of 11 males and 25 females, including T71,T82,T91,T103,T117,T128,L17,L23,L32,L42.There were 9 males and 27 females in the group B,including T61,T72,T81,T92,T103,T116,T128,L17,L21,L32,L43.Group A was followed by acupuncture and moxibustion according to the patient's condition after PKP.Group B does not do any treatment. Two groups of patients to improve preoperative examination, excluding surgical contraindications, surgery by the same group of patients to complete. After surgery,we treat all patients with symptomatic treatment, bed rest,anti-inflammatory anti-infection,wearing a waist,to guide functionalexercise, calcium anti-osteoporosis treatment. The VAS score,ODI index and Cobb angle of the two groups were compared with those of the two groups. The age,sex and injured vertebral body were compared before operation,3 days after operation,1 month after operation,6 months after operation and 12 months after operation.Statistical analysis was performed on the treatment group and the control group.Result:Two groups of patients with surgery and acupuncture were successfully completed, and received 12 months of follow-up.There was no significant difference in gender, age, injured vertebrae,Cobb angle, preoperative VAS score and ODI index in group A and group B(P> 0.05).In the comparison of Cobb angle,(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups at each time point(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).In the VAS score and Oswestry dysfunction index, the two groups of patients in the postoperative compared with preoperative, the difference was statistically significant(P> 0.05),in the VAS score comparison, after 1 month to At 6 months after operation, group A was significantly better than group B,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),and after 6 months of follow-up,the VAS score between the two groups was not statistically significant(P <0.05).In the Oswestry dysfunction index, group A was superior to group B at each time point after operation, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:PKP combined with acupuncture in the treatment of primary osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were effective. This method can significantly alleviate the patient's lower back pain, can make patients early functional exercise, improve the quality of life of patients,is a recommended combination of Chinese and Western treatment...
