Liver cancer is a malignant tumor of the high morbidity and high mortality. There are thousands of people died of liver cancer every year in the world.Among them,China is a country with a high incidence of liver cancer, and it occupies about half the number of the world. In China, liver cancer patients generally has a history of chronic hepatitis B,and most experienced the process of cirrhosis of the liver. Therefore, patients with chronic hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis patients will become liver cancer high risk groups. They are also the focus of the early clinical diagnosis of liver cancer. However, liver cancer with high secretiveness is difficult to diagnosis in the early. And it makes a lot of liver cancer patients miss the best period of treatment.Currently, radiotherapy, chemical medication and surgical resection is the main method of treatment in liver cancer. But for terminal-stage liver cancer patients, these methods can not achieve the purpose of the cure. Therefore,it is very important significance to improve the clinical diagnosis technology of liver cancer. In our research,we adopt the method of kits for separation and purification of 31 primary liver cancer patients cfDNA in peripheral blood. And fluorescence quantitative PCR technology has been applied to the determination of cfDNA concentrations.Preliminary assessment of its value is based on the concentration of cfDNA in clinical diagnosis of liver cancer. Then,we collect clinical diagnosis data of31 patients with primary liver cancer, including three imaging information of CT,MRI,US,and the tumor markers detection, gender, age, and so on.We use Excel and SPSS analysis software for sorting and statistical analysis of the clinical data of patients with primary liver cancer.Fluorescence quantitative PCR results show that mean value of 31 patients with primary liver cancer cfDNA concentrations is 121.58ng/mL,and mid-value is 36.2 ng/m L.These results conform to the related research. The result of clinical data analysis shows that male is the majority of 31 patients with primary liver cancer. And from the point of age distributionage, patients at 40 to 60 years old is the majority.Patients at this age is high incidence population of liver cancer. The number of liver cancer patients at the age under 40 and above 60 is small.Only 1 patient(3.23%)without chronic hepatitis B,the rest of 30 patients(96.77%)are associated with chronic hepatitis B.25 patients(80.65%)with cirrhosis, and 6patients(19.35%)with liver cirrhosis. This data shows that liver cancer patients in China are mainly with chronic hepatitis B,and most experience cirrhosis process. We assess clinical diagnostic rate of each indicator according to the normal range value of the serum marker in clinical diagnosis of liver cancer. The result shows that diagnosis of AFP was the highest in the serum marker, followed by CA19-9 and CA242,the rest of the index is low.Further,we use ROC curve to analyse the diagnostic value of AFP?CA242?CA19-9?CA125?CEA?CYFRA21-1?NSE.Also as a result, the diagnosis of AFP is highest, followed by CA19-9 and CA242,the rest of the index is low.And we use Logistic regression model to combine indicators of AFP,CA242,CA19-9 and CEA in order to evaluate the value of clinical diagnosis of liver cancer. The result shows that comprehensive indicator is higher than any single indicator in clinical diagnostic rate.
