Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of hepatitis B liver fibrosis treated with Biejia jianwan.Methods: Applied computer technology to retrieval Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Chinese knowledge resource pool(CNKI),China Science Periodical Database,weipu database,and collected about the clinical effect of hepatitis B liver fibrosis treated with Biejia jianwan ever since libraries was built to December 2016,the deadline is December1,2016,extract relevant information,Applied RevMan5.2 to analyze.Results:(1)The treatment of The Biejia jianwan combined Nucleotide antiviral drugs or interferon to chronic hepatitis b or hepatitis b cirrhosis was better than the Nucleotide antiviral drugs group or interferon alone group in reducing liver fibrosis(HA,LN,IV-C,PCIII),the difference was Significant differences(p<0.01);(2)The treatment of The Biejia jianwan combined Nucleotide antiviral drugs or interferon to chronic hepatitis b or hepatitis b cirrhosis was better than the Nucleotide antiviral drugs group or interferon group alone in improving liver function(AST,ALT),the difference was Significant differences(p<0.01);(3)The treatment of The Biejia jianwan combined Nucleotide antiviral drugs or interferon to chronic hepatitis b or hepatitis b cirrhosis was No difference from Nucleotide antiviral drugs or interferon alone in improving liver function(ALB,TBIL)(p>0.01);(4)The treatment of The Biejia jianwan combined Nucleotide antiviral drugs or interferon to chronic hepatitis b or hepatitis b cirrhosis was better than the Nucleotide antiviral drugsgroup or interferon group alone in improving HBeAg overcast rate and the rate of HBV-DNA overcast,the difference was Significant differences(p<0.01);(5)According to the course of the disease is different,divided into "hepatitis b group" and "hepatitis b cirrhosis group",the Biejia jianwan combined Nucleotide antiviral drugs or interferon group Compared with Nucleotide antiviral drugs or interferon alone group have the same similar effect;(6)the Biejia jianwan without Nucleotide antiviral drugs or interferon had difference treatment with control group in reducing LN,the difference was Significant differences(p<0.01),The experimental group was better than control group;(7)the Biejia jianwan without Nucleotide antiviral drugs or interferon had difference treatment with control group in improving ALB the difference was Significant differences(p<0.01),the experimental group was better than control group;(8)the Biejia jianwan without Nucleotide antiviral drugs or interferon had difference treatment with control group in improving clinical significant efficiency,the difference was Significant differences.(p<0.01).Conclusion:(1)The treatment of The Biejia jianwan combined Nucleotide antiviral drugs or interferon to chronic hepatitis b or hepatitis b cirrhosis was better than the Nucleotide antiviral drugs group or interferon group alone in reducing liver fibrosis four,improving liver function,HBeAg overcast rate and rate of HBV-DNA overcast,But there was no difference in improving ALB and reducing TBIL);(2)According to the course of the disease is different,divided into "hepatitis b group" and "hepatitis b cirrhosis group",the "hepatitis b group" and "hepatitis b cirrhosis group" have the same similar effect,The Biejia jianwan have anti-fibrosis effects in the whole process from hepatitis b to hepatitis b cirrhosis;(3)The treatment of The Biejia jianwan was better than the The treatment of liver Protected and Reduced enzyme group;Reflected better effects in anti fibrosis,improving liver function;and clinical symptoms.
