Affect Of Biejia Jian Decoction On Chronic Hepatitis B Crosis Patient With Elevated AFP

Objective:On the basis of tutor's experimental results. To more observe the clinical effects of Biejiajian Decoction influence on Hyaluronic Acid (HA), laminin (LN), Procollagen TypeⅢ(PCⅢ),collagen typeⅣ(Ⅳ-C), hepatic tissue pathology and some Liver function biochemical indicators,AFP and ultrasound image of chronic hepatitis B crosis. investigate utility and validity of Biejiajian Decoction in the prevention of hepatic fibrosis and provide theory for further study.Methods:A total of Forty eight patients with chronic hepatitis with hepatic fibrosis were randomly divided into treatment group(24 cases), The model group received routine hepatic protective therapy, such as vitamin. while the treatment group received routine hepatic protective therapy and Chinese medicin Biejia jian Decoction for two months, while the concomitantly. Compared with control group, detection the change of hepatic function biochemical indicator, such as alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, album protein(ALB)and HA, PCⅢ, AFP, ultrasound image and Symptomatic efficacy of Chinese medicine.Results:(1)There were some differences between the two groups of patients and also before and after the cure., As compared with control group, treatment group had more obvious improvements after treatment, there were significant differences (P＜0.05). The effective rate of treatment group was 91.60%, while control group was66.67%, there was significant difference (P＜0.05). (2)The liver function parameters were better than that of before treatment of the two groups(P＜0.05),but no significant difference was found between the two groups in the liver function indices(P>0.05).The treatment group was Sup- erior to the control group on improving the degree of hepatic f ibrosis (P＜0.05). (3)After the course of treatment, the index of hepatic fibrosis (HA, LN, PCⅢ,Ⅳ-C) in Biejia deoction combined control group were markedly decreased(P＜0.05). The index of hepatic fibrosis in serumology were significantly ameliorated between two groups. (4) After the course of treat-ment, the index of AFP in Biejia deoction combined control group were markedly decreased(P＜0.05). The index of AFP in serumology were significantly ameliorated between two groups. (5) The trunk of portal vein and the thickness of spleen of ultrasound image of treatment group are better than that from model group's. (6) After the course of treatment, TCM symptoms period improvement rate decreased significantly, treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05). (7) After the course of treatment, TCM symptoms improvement rate decreased significantly, treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Biejia jian Decotion not only can provide some protection to the liver, but is remakably resistant to hepatic fibrosis.
