A Study On The Correlation Between CHB Genotype And TCM Syndrome Classification In Nanning Guangxi

Objective: Objective to study the relationship between hepatitis B virus genotypes and TCM syndromes in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)in Nanning Guangxi.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,randomly selected 110 patients with confirmed diagnosis,to Inspection liver function,hepatitis B antigen antibody five,HBV-DNA level and so on.Then conduct virus genotype test to definite the TCM Syndrome.Mainly divided into 5 type of syndrome,such as liver and gallbladder damp-heat type,liver stagnation and spleen deficiencysyndrome type,Liver-yin and Kidney-yin type,spleen and kidney Yang type and obstruction by blood stasis type.The correlation between CHB genotype and TCM syndrome was analyzed by laboratory tests.Results:(1)110 of the patients with HBV genotype were Genotype B,accounted for 67 cases,Genotype C accounted for 43 cases,liver and gallbladder damp-heat type is mainly in TCM syndrome mainly,and ccounted for 42 cases,liver stagnation and spleen deficiencysyndrome type for 27 cases,Liver-yin and Kidney-yin type for 19 cases,spleen and kidney Yang type for 16 cases,obstruction by blood stasis type for 6 cases.(2)The patients with liver and gallbladder damp-heat type,liver stagnation and spleen deficiencysyndrome type were mainly Genotype B,Liver-yin and Kidney-yin type,spleen and kidney Yang type and obstruction by blood stasis type were mainly Genotype C.(3)The highest ALT,AST,TBIL and GLB in patients was liver and gallbladder damp-heat type,next was obstruction by blood stasis type>liver stagnation and spleen deficiencysyndrome typespleen and kidney Yang type>Liver-yin and Kidney-yin type.Genotype C>Genotype B;The reduce most of ALB was the liver and gallbladder damp-heat type,next was obstruction by blood stasis type<spleen and kidney Yang type<Liver-yin and Kidney-yin type<liver stagnation and spleen deficiencysyndrome type.Genotype C<Genotype B;Severity of hepatitis from high to low is obstruction by blood stasis type,liver and gallbladder damp-heat type,spleen and kidney Yang type,Liver-yin and Kidney-yin type and liver stagnation and spleen deficiencysyndrome type.Genotype C was worse than Genotype B.(4)In Hbe Ag positive rate and HBV-DNA level,liver and gallbladder damp-heat type higher than the other four type of syndrome,Genotype C higher than Genotype B.The Hbe Ag positive rate was proportional to the virus activity.Conclusions:(1)There is some correlation between the genotype of chronic hepatitis B and TCM syndrome type.(2)Among the patients with CHB in Guangxi area of Nanning,the number of TCM syndrome type was mainly in the liver and gallbladder damp-heat type,and the genotype was B type.liver and gallbladder damp-heat type and liver stagnation and spleen deficiencysyndrome type patients with Genotype B,Liver-yin and Kidney-yin type,spleen and kidney Yang type and obstruction by blood stasis type is Genotype C.(3)The abnormal degree of laboratory index was significantly higher in Genotype C and the liver and gallbladder damp-heat type.
