The Correlation Between Clinical Manifestations And X-ray Images Of Knee Osteoarthritis In Zhuang Ethnic Group

Objective: To evaluate the clinical symptoms and X-ray images of the Knee Osteoarthritis in Zhuang Ethnic Group,The relationship between the clinical grade and the X-ray grading and the 7 sets of data of X-ray measurement of the Knee Osteoarthritis in Zhuang Ethnic Group was discussed.Methods:1.170 cases of Zhuang Ethnic Group were selected by the Knee Osteoarthritis Diagnostic Criteria,They were divided into five groups by the Self-made Clinical Drading Criteria and five levels by the X-ray image Kellgren-Lawrence(K/L)classification.The relationship between the clinical grade and the X-ray grading was analyzed by the Spearman Rank Correlation Analysis.2.The 7 sets of data of X-ray images of knee joint in 170 cases were measured.The 7 group of data were the medial tibiofemoral joint gap width(Data 1),the lateral tibiofemoral joint gap width(Data 2),the patellofemoral joint gap width(Data 3),the medial tibiofemoral joint osteophyte length(Data 4),the lateral tibiofemoral joint osteophyte length,(Data 5),the patellofemoral joint osteophyte length(Data 6),the tibiofemoral joint gap angle(Data 7).The relationship between the clinical grade and the 7 sets of data of X-ray measurement was analyzed by the Spearman Rank Correlation Analysis.Results:1.There were 33 cases in Grade 1,35 cases in Grade 2,42 cases in Grade 3,30 cases in Grade 4,30 cases in Grade 5 of the clinical grade.There were 0 cases in Grade 1,58 cases in Grade 2,58 cases in Grade 3,32 cases in Grade 4,22 cases in Grade 5 of the X-ray image K/L classification.The coincidence degree between the clinical grade and the X-ray image K/L classification were 0% in Grade 1,29.31% in Grade 2,31.04% in Grade 3,37.50% in Grade 4,72.72% in Grade 5.There was a positive correlation between the clinical grading and the X-ray image K/L classification,r=-0.496,P<0.05.2.The relationships between the clinical grade and the Data 1,2,3 of the 7 sets of data of the X-ray images of knee joint were negatively correlated.The relationships between the clinical grade and the Data 4,5,6 of the 7 sets of data of the X-ray images of knee joint were positive correlation.The relationship between the clinical grade and the Data 7 of the 7 sets of data of the X-ray images of knee joint was no significant correlation.Specifically as follows:(1)There was a negative correlation between the clinical classification and the medial tibiofemoral joint gap width(Data 1),r=-0.737,P<0.05.There was a negative correlation between the clinical classification and the lateral tibiofemoral joint gap width(Data 2),r=-0.324,P<0.05.There was a negative correlation between the clinical classification and the patellofemoral joint gap width(Data 3),r=-0.496,P<0.05.(2)There was a positive correlation between the clinical classification and the medial tibiofemoral joint osteophyte length(Data 4),r=0.560,P<0.05.There was a positive correlation between the clinical classification and the lateral tibiofemoral joint osteophyte length,(Data 5),r=0.438,P<0.05.There was a positive correlation between the clinical classification and the patellofemoral joint osteophyte length(Data 6),r=0.504,P<0.05.(3)There was no significant correlation between the tibiofemoral joint gap angle(Data 7),r=0.145,P=0.59.Conclusions1.The clinical manifestations of knee osteoarthritis in Zhuang Ethnic Group were positively correlated with the K/L classification of X-ray images.With the development of knee osteoarthritis,The coincidence degree of the clinical manifestations and K/L classification of the X-ray image is more and more high.2.The clinical manifestation of knee osteoarthritis in Zhuang Ethnic Group is closely related with the medial tibiofemoral joint gap width and medial tibiofemoral joint osteophyte length of the X-ray image.when reading x-ray In clinical,we should pay more attention to the change of the medial tibiofemoral joint gap width and medial tibiofemoral joint osteophyte length.
