The Effect Of Zhuangyipichou Plaster On The Model Rats With Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Disease In The Process Of IL-10 And MMP-2

Objective: Observation on Zhuangyipichou Plaster of the Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID)of uterus tissue in rat models of morphology,Sex hormones E2?P,IL-10 and MMP-2 expression etc,to study the effect of Zhuangyipichou Plaster treatment SPID mechanism,and to provide clinical Zhuangyipichou Plaster treatment SPID experimental basis.Methods: Mechanical damage to stimulate and mixed bacteria inoculation method is adopted to establish the CPID model,According to the vaginal exfoliated cells smear determine rats oestrous cycle,were randomly divided into normal group,sham operation group,model group,Zhuangyipichou Plaster group and the control group of kangfuxiaoyan suppositories,The normal group,sham operation group,model group,no special handling;Zhuangyipichou Plaster group ofacupuncture taker-in rats knock belly,help to open couli and absorption,apply ointment on the adhesive wound dressing,affixed to lower abdomen after button plum needle thorn,sticking 3 hours a day,1 time a day;Kangfu xiaoyan group of plum needle knocking after lower abdominal,suppository to shell crush,Yang into paste,vaseline made into ointment,daub on the adhesive wound dressing,affixed to lower abdomen after button plum needle thorn,sticking 3 hours a day,1 time a day,each group to observe uterus tissue morphology change after the corresponding drug treatment;Ria method of measuring the content of serum E2,P,the content of IL-10 in the serum was detected by ELISA;Immunohistochemical observation uterine organization MMP-2of expression.Results:(1)Modeling after 15 days,Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease Disease model rat of uterus tissue in rat models of uterus tissue form of uterine cavity block cavity wall strucures change,epithelial cells degeneration,necrosis and exfoliation,fibrous connective tissue hyperplasia,the large number of chronic inflammatory cells infiltrate of chronic inflammation pathological damage;the levels of IL-10 on serum than normal rats reduce;The uterus tissue MMP-2 expression levels were higher than normal group,has an extremely significant difference(P<0.01).(2)After drug intervention,Zhuangyipichou Plaster group rats uterine morphology showed intrauterine patency,cavity wall structure of each layer is complete and clear,no degeneration and necrosis of epithelial cells,cell morphology and distribution in the mucosa of normal,interstitial cells without edema,normal endometrial glands,no edema,fibrous tissue hyperplasia,change very little amount of inflammatory cell infiltration and other pathological changes;rats serum IL-10 in each treatment group were increase than model group rats than in the model group(IL-10,P<0.05).The expression of MMP-2 in uterine tissue of rats in each treatment group were lower than model group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: Zhuangyipichou Plaster in order to make the swelling,hyperemia,the left uterine fiber tissue adhesion model rats with CIPD significantly reduced;can effectively improve the endometrial tissue of CPID rat model of morphological changes,Can adjust the chronic pelvic inflammation model in rats serum sex hormone E2,P,uterine tissue of anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 and matrix metalloproteinases 2,effectively ease the pelvic adhesions,eliminate the pelvic inflammation.
