Clinical Study On Intrahepatic Cholestasis Of Pregnancy By Yin Zhi Jiang Dan Suan Prescriptioncombined With UDCA Therapy

Objective: To evaluate the effect of Yinzhijiangdansuan(YZJDS)prescription combined with usodeoxycholic acid(UDCA)in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP)by the clinical studying.To explore the mechanism of YZJDS prescription in the treatment of ICP.Methods: 60 patients with ICP were enrolled into this research and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with each group of 30 cases.The observation group was given Yinzhijiangdansuan combined with UDCA treatment,control group was treated with UDCA treatment.Two group were treated with two courses of treatment,each course of treatment for 7 days,and the clinical curative effect,pregnancy and infant in perinatal period outcomes were observed.Results: The clinical study showed that the overall efficacy and alleviating symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group can significantly alleviate the symptoms of patients with itching,and its effect is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the indexes of TBA and Ultrasonic Doppler Umbilical Bloodstream were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the complication of infant in perinatal period was reduced and the rate of normal childbirth was improved,there was no significant difference in the reduction of TB and DB and the decrease of postpartum hemorrhage(P>0.05).There was no adverse reaction during the treatment of the two groups.Conclusion: Using Yinzhijiangdansuan prescription combined with ursodeoxycholic acid in the treatment of ICP on the basis of miscarriage prevention,can alleviate clinical symptoms,curative effect of this method is remarkable,especially in reducing the total bile acid,and non-toxic side effects,improve pregnancy and infant in perinatal period outcomes.
