The Clinical Efficacy Of The Pingni Zhichuan Acupuncture Treatment In Patients With AECOPD

Purpose:To evaluate the clinical effect of Pingni Zhichuan formula in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)and the effect of acupuncture on pulmonary function,and to further explore the optimization of acupuncture treatment.Method:66 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(aged 40 to 70 years)who were treated by acupuncture and moxibustion at the outpatient department of respiratory medicine and ward in Xiamen City in 2016 were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomized control,33 cases in the control group and 33 cases in the control group.The two groups were treated by routine therapy in western medicine,the treatment group to acupuncture treatment.Acupuncture prescription by the smell of Shanzhong,Zhongwan,Daling(bilateral),Feishu(bilateral),Fengchi(bilateral),Zhigou(bilateral),Fengmen(bilateral),1 day,14 days for a course of treatment.mMRC,pulmonary function,symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment.the statistical software SPSS20.0 for windows used for statistical analysis.Results:1.The results show that in terms of TCM Syndrome and efficacy:?the total effective rate of treatment group after treatment was 83.87%,while the counterpart of control group was 76.67%,the two groups after treatment were effective,but through the contrast of the total effective rate of two groups,the difference between them was statistically significant(P<0.05)?Two groups were well improved in patients with cough,sputum,the symptom such as breathing,shortness of breath(P<0.05),and the degree of the improvement of the treatment group is better than the control group ?The improvement of the treatment group in the aspect of TCM syndrome integral level is better than the control group.2.Pulmonary function:compared with before treatment,the two groups after treatment FEV1/Pre%and FEV1/FVC,with significant statistical significance(P<0.01),the two groups after treatment also had an improved pulmonary function;While the two groups after treatment compared with FEV1/FVC,FEV1/Pre%there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),Indicating that the two groups of patients with considerable efficacy.3.mMRC aspects:two groups after treatment compared with before treatment,significant statistical significance(P<0.01);Compared with the control group,treatment group after treatment mMRC level drops,with significant difference(P<0.05).Studies show that Pingni Zhichuan formula in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute aggravating period has certain curative effect.Conclusion:It is a safe and effective treatment method to treat patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acupuncture at Pingni Zhichuan,which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
