ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between the ratio of neutrophils to lymphocytes(NLR),the ratio of platelets to lymphocytes(PLR),the ratio of C-reactive protein to albumin(CAR)and the severity of disease when acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients admitted to hospital.MethodsSelect 193 AMI patients as observation group from June 2015 to December 2016,and Killip grading according to the severity of heart failure at the onset of AMI,83 cases were grade ?,57 cases were grade II,33 cases were grade ? and 20 cases were grade ?.Meanwhile select 50 healthy volunteers from our hospital as control group. After admission,we immediately measure white blood cells(WBC),platelets(PLT),neutrophil(NEU),lymphocyte count(LC),albumin(ALb)and CRP,and calculate PLR,NLR and CAR,compare the results of every two groups, and analyze the correlation between the indicators;Compare the relationship between serum NLR,PLR,CAR levels and control group in different severity of AMI(Grade ?,?,?,?,according to Killip).Results1.Compared with the control group, the levels of NLR,PLR and CAR in different Killip grades(?,?,?,?)in AMI patients were statistically significant(average P<0.001),and as the Killip grouping increases, the value of them increases(average P<0.001).2.NLR,PLR,CAR in AMI patients were compared between different Killip grades:Comparison of NLR in group?,?,? between the two were no statistically significant(average P>0.05);Comparison of ? group and ? ?,? group were statistically significant(average P<0.05).Comparison of PLR in group I and group IVwere statistically significant(average P<0.05);There was no statistically significance between the other groups(average P>0.05).Comparison of CAR between group ?,?,?,? were statistically significant(average P<0.05).3.Spearman rank correlation analysis showed:Killip classification was significantly positively correlated with PLR,NLR and CAR,the correlation coefficients were 0.208,0.272,0.378(P<0.001);And negatively correlated with ALb,the correlation coefficient was 0.252(P<0.001).4.Correlation analysis of each index in observation group showed:the positive correlation between PLR and NLR was significant, the coefficient was 0.799(P<0.01);PLR and NLR were positively correlated with CAR,the coefficient were 0.248 and 0.320(P<0.01);There was no significant difference in NLR,PLR,CAR and observation group whether the merger of hypertension or diabetes(P>0.05).5.Logistic regression analysis showed:NLR[OR = 4.935,95%CI(2.124-11.467)]and age[OR=1.072,95%CI(1.025-1.121)]were independent risk factors for AMI.Conclusion1.Neutral to lymphocyte ratio,Platelet to lymphocyte ratio and C-reactive protein to albumin ratio can be used to determine the severity of AMI patients, and they were positively correlated with the severity of the condition.2.Neutral to lymphocyte ratio was an independent risk factor for AMI.
