Objective:To investigate the relationship between bone mineral density and soluble low-density lipoproteinreceptor 11(sLR11)genepdymorphism and related risk factors in T2DM patients in Yanbianarea,and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:124 patients with T2DM who were hospitalized in Yanbian Hospital from 2012 to 2016 were divided into three groups according to the bone mineral density of the selected subjects.The normal group(n=48),the bone loss group(n= 53)and osteoporosis(n = 23).The bone mineral density of right ankle was measured by ultrasonic bone density detector.SNP typing and sequencing were performed by IDR-PCR technique.Hard-Weinberg equilibrium law was used to' determine 1he sample population representation.Measurement data was indicated by M(P25,P75),mean ± standard deviation(x±s),the ratio between the groups were compared with the rank sum test,single factor analysis,multivariate analysis using binary logistic analysis,PO.05 statistically significantResults:1.There was no significant difference in the distribution of allele A,T,genotype AA,AT and TT in bone normal group,bone loss group and osteoporosis group in T2DM patients in Yanbian area Compared with the normal group,the allele Tin the bone loss group and the osteoporosis group increased.In the dominant mode,compared with the bone normal group,there was a decreasing trend in the genotype AA of the bone loss group and osteoporosis group.In the latent model,compared with the bone normal group,genotype TT of the bone loss group increased.There was no significant difference in BMD level between the three groups of T2DM patients in Yanbian area.2.T2DM patients' BMD level was lower in females than those in men;older than 50 years of age were lower than the age ofless than 50 years of age;BMD levels were lower than those in non-smokers;BMD level in BMI normal group was lower ten those in overweight and obese groups;BMD level in carotid intima thickening group,carotid atherosclerotic group was lower ten the normal carotid artery group;duration of more than 10 years BMD level less ten 5 years,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.There was no significant difference betweenBMD level ofHannationality and Koreannationality.3.There was a negative correlation between BMD level and LDLrC and HbA1c in T2DM patients.The influencing factors ofOPin patients with T2DM were LDL-C,HbA1c,course of disease,BMI and age.Conclusion:1.The rs3824968 gene polymorphism of sLR11 gsne may not be associated with T2DM osteoporosis in Yanbianarea.2.Smking,age,gender,atherosclerosis,long duration of disease was related with BMD of T2DM patients.3.The BMD ofT2DM patients was closelyrelatedto LDI-C and HbA1c.4.BMI is aprotectivefactor for T2DMpatients BMD.
