Objective:8 cases of venous thrombosis with antiphospholipid antibody syndrome cases of clinical data collection analysis, summed up its clinical features, laboratory tests, imaging performance, treatment and prognosis of follow-up.In order to improve the understanding of antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, improve the prognosis of venous thrombosis, reduce long-term recurrence rate. Methods:Collected from June 2010 to December 2016 in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital hospitalized venous thromboembolism with antiphospholipid antibody syndrome in patients with information. To analyze the characteristics of the patients, risk factors, laboratory indicators, echocardiography, lower extremity venous ultrasonography, computed tomography pulmonary arteriography(CTPA),treatment and prognosis follow-up.Results:8 cases of venous thrombosis with antiphospholipid antibody syndrome clinical manifestations of chest tightness, chest pain, difficulty breathing, hemoptysis and lower extremity swelling pain, are typical of venous thromboembolism.Other clinical features include thrombocytopenia, activated partial thromboplastin time, combined with cerebral infarction and/or renal infarction, thrombosis recurrence.8 patients were selected low molecular weight heparin,warfarin/rivaroxaban anticoagulant therapy,follow-up period did not occur thrombotic recurrence. Conclusions:Patients with venous thromboembolism may be treated if there is an unexplained APTT prolongation, multiple thrombosis, regular anticoagulation thrombosis relapse,or combined with a previous history of repeated abortions recommended antiphospholipid antibody screening to exclude the presence of antiphospholipid antibody syndrome.Venous thrombosis with antiphospholipid antibody syndrome in patients with anticoagulant therapy, such as no significant bleeding risk,it is recommended to low molecular weight heparin, warfarin long-term or even life-long anticoagulation, prevention of thrombotic recurrence. For patients with secondary antiphospholipid antibody syndrome in addition to anticoagulant therapy need to actively treat the primary disease.
