ObjectiveTo investigate the quality of life, the status of breastfeeding, the prevalence of postpartum depression and the level of social support. To analyze the influencing factors of quality of life, breastfeeding and postpartum depression in the women of advanced reproductive age.To understand the relationship between the demographic characteristics, social support, breastfeeding rate, postpartum depression and quality of life of the women of advanced reproductive age.To explore the influence of social support on the quality of life, breastfeeding and postpartum depression in the women of advanced reproductive age,and to provide the basis for the development of effective interventions to protect the health of mothers and infants.MethodsThe study was carried out by convenient sampling method, all of which were from June 2016 to December 2016 in Shandong Province three general hospital to receive the second child of maternal age,a total of 253 cases of the women of advanced reproductive age. There were 5 questionnaires, including maternal data questionnaire, breastfeeding assessment scale.Edinburgh postnatal depression scale, life quality test form and social support rating scale.SPSS19.0 statistical software package was used to input and analyze the survey data.Results1.The subjects of this study were 253 women of advanced reproductive age with an average age of 37.89±2.15 years.2.The total score of MBFES was normal distribution, the average score was 109.06± 12.62.Taking the total score of MBFES scale as the dependent variable, the F value of the regression equation model was 67.481,and P<0.001(P=0.000),which indicated that the stepwise multiple linear regression equation was statistically significant. The regression equation of the evaluation model, the multiple correlation coefficient R=0.845,coefficient of determination R2=0.704,shows that the multivariate linear stepwise fitting regression equation of dependent variable(MBFES score)can be explained 70.40%by 9 independent variables(maternal occupation, maternal education, family income, exercise, pregnancy, pregnancy preparation, mode of delivery,to prepare breast feeding time, feeding patterns).3.The total score of WHOQOL-BREF was normal distribution, the average score was 58.24 ± 6.16.Taking the total score of WHOQOL-BREF scale as the dependent variable, the F value of the regression equation model was 56.470,and P<0.001(P=0.000),which indicated that the stepwise multiple linear regression equation was statistically significant. The regression equation of the evaluation model, the multiple correlation coefficient R=0.806,coefficient of determination R2=0.638,shows that the multivariate linear stepwise fitting regression equation of dependent variable(WHOQOL-BREF score)can be explained 63.80%by 8 independent variables(maternal occupation, family income, birth interval, pregnancy, pregnancy,to prepare breast feeding time, feeding mode, return time).4.The prevalence of postpartum depression was 20.95%,in which the incidence of postpartum depression was about 1.98%.There was a significant difference in the scores of MBFES scale,WHOQOL-BREF scale and depression.5.The total score of maternal social support was 45.89 ±4.82.Through the Pearson correlation analysis showed that age by maternal social support score and WHOQOL-BREF score,MBFES score, postpartum depression at the level of 0.01(bilateral)significant correlation.Conclusions1.Breastfeeding evaluation factors research showed that the protective factors of breastfeeding include high degree of education, good economic conditions, the husband work is stable, appropriate birth interval(less than 5 years or above 16 years),proper exercise, adequate psychological preparation, natural pregnancy pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding time to a long, long time back to work.Risk factors include:husband low educational level, poor economic status, occupation, education and income, the husband never exercise,do not disproportionately pregnant psychological preparation, assisted pregnancy, cesarean section,to breastfeeding for a short time, selection of artificial feeding, returning for a short time.2.Quality of life assessment of factors influencing exploratory research shows:the quality of life of protective factors including higher education, good economy, higher education, husband exercising, pregnant psychological preparation, natural pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding,a long time to return to work.Risk factors include:husband low educational level, poor economic status,no occupation, never exercise,do not pregnant psychological prepauration, assisted pregnancy, cesarean section,to breastfeeding for a short time, selection of artificial feeding, returning for a short time.3.By the age of puerperal depression prevalence rate was 20.95%,the results of this study show that maternal occupation, birth interval, pregnancy, planned breastfeeding time related to postpartum depression;and maternal age, education, family income, pregnancy psychological preparation, mode of delivery, mode of feeding and returning to work time and postpartum the depression showed no significant difference.Compared with the elderly women who had no depressive symptoms, the maternal satisfaction and quality of life were lower.4.The total score of social support and maternal age was negatively related to postpartum depression, social support, especially the support of family members can effectively relieve maternal pressure.5.The total score of social support was positively correlated with MBFES score.Improve social support can reduce maternal pressure,so as to improve maternal breastfeeding satisfaction.6.The total score of social support and the total score of WHOQOL-BREF were significantly positively correlated, and the correlation coefficient was higher than 0.70,indicating that the higher the social support, the higher the quality of life.
